Rimangono in contatto telefonico prima di fare dei lavori, quindi non ci si trova con la sorpresa al momento del pagamento. Facile arrivare anche coi mezzi pubblici, qualora si dovesse lasciare lì il camper e tornare "a piedi". Good repairs, very short waiting times, "normal" prices (in short, not excessive), very courteous staff. They stay in telephone contact before doing any work, so you are not in for a surprise at the time of payment. It is also easy to arrive by public transport, should you have to leave the camper there and return "on foot".
R	Reinhard S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unser Wohnmobil hat im Urlaub diverse Probleme (Wasserpumpe, Schwefelgeruch mit Verdacht auf Batteriedefekt) gemacht, so sind wir zu OK Camper gekommen. Innerhalb eines Tages hatten wir einen Termin, der auch bei Ankunft unverzüglich ohne Wartezeit begann. Die Verständigung ging über eine dritte Person per Telefon und hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Mannschaft hat sich die Probleme angehört, verstanden und eine Strategie aufgestellt. Es waren zwei Stunden für die Reparatur veranschlagt, die wir in einem nahegelegenen Einkaufszentrum verbringen wollten. Kaum dort angekommen, bekamen wir einen Anruf, dass wir zur Werkstatt zurück kommen sollen, weil die Lage sich geändert hat. Die Batterie war es nicht, eher Probleme mit dem Abfluss, und die Pumpe war auch schon drin. Die ganze Aktion war mehr als positiv, sie war eigentlich brilliant: schneller Termin, unverzügliche Bearbeitung, freundliche Bedienung, Zuhören, Verstehen, Fehler suchen und beheben. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Und die Kosten waren überraschend günstig. Immer wieder gerne. Wäre diese Werkstatt in meiner Nähe, ich würde sofort wechseln. We had an appointment within one day, which began immediately upon arrival without waiting. The communication went through a third person over the phone and worked very well. The team listened to the problems, understood them and set up a strategy. It took two hours to complete the repair, which we planned to spend at a nearby mall. As soon as we got there, we got a call that we should come back to the workshop because the situation has changed. It wasn't the battery, more like drainage problems, and the pump was already on. The whole action was more than positive, it was actually brilliant: fast appointment, immediate processing, friendly service, listening, understanding, looking for and correcting errors. We were completely satisfied. And the cost was surprisingly cheap. Always my pleasure. If this workshop were near me, I would change immediately.

Velocità, onestà e professionalità hanno permesso di mettere a posto il tutto e poter proseguire il viaggio di lavoro. Consigliatissimo ???
