Ho comprato uno zaino Ferrino Transalp 60 e dopo qualche giorno chiedo un cambio con un 50 che mi viene rifiutato. Sembra quasi non vogliano vendere! Da evitare assolutamente! Hardly professional and rude. Very slow in the orders. They close for inventory and do not notify customers. I bought a Ferrino Transalp 60 backpack and after a few days I ask for a change with a 50 which is refused. It almost seems like they don't want to sell! To be avoided absolutely!

Come si dice in zona "le chiacchiere stanno a 0". Una stella è pure assai totally unreliable on online orders, so much time lost behind an elusive storekeeper who seems to be in charge of everything and does not deign to respond by mail or phone. Nessuno dei prodotti richiesti era presente (zaino e bacchette Ferrino) e i prezzi degli stessi erano più alti rispetto quelli del loro stesso sito. Francamente inspiegabile. Avevo lasciato l'auto poco più avanti chiedendo a una ragazza la cortesia di dargli una occhiata e ovviamente mi stavano per fare una multa perché lei non ha minimamente badato a quello che le avevo chiesto. Su Bari c'è, per fortuna, di meglio. We stayed there in July. On their website they seem to have everything available and I went in person given the urgency. None of the products requested was present (Ferrino backpack and rods) and their prices were higher than those of their own site. Frankly inexplicable. I had left the car a little further on, asking a girl the courtesy to look at it and obviously they were going to fine me because she didn't pay any attention to what I asked her for. On Bari there is, fortunately, better.

Con me non sono stati scortesi, credo semplicemente che siano disorganizzati e che, non avendo prodotti realmente disponibili in magazzino, i tempi di consegna siano molto dilatati (però quattro mesi sono eccessivi da tutti i punti di vista). Product requested and paid for on 10/16/2019 was shipped on 1/9/2020 (I haven't received it yet, so I hope everything is right and there are no problems). They have not been rude to me, I simply think they are disorganized and that, having no products really available in stock, delivery times are very dilated (however four months are excessive from all points of view).

Le stesse dopo appena due utilizzi presentano un difetto. Comunico il fatto al venditore che mi rimanda al produttore il quale mi fa rispedire le scarpe in fabbrica per una riparazione. Al rientro delle scarpe, al primo riutilizzo manifestano ancora il difetto.. Ormai scoraggiato provo senza nutrire troppe speranze a farmi rimborsare l'acquisto convinto di perdere il capitale investito per un articolo non idoneo e con mia grande sorpresa vengo contattato dal progettista e mi ritrovo catapultato nella "consulenza" per la realizzazione del nuovo progetto della calzatura... a distanza di un anno (causa pandemia) ricevo una scatola con le nuove scarpe Veja's completamente rinnovate nei materiali e nel design.. A prescindere dal risultato delle nuove calzature ringrazio l'azienda @BURANCHETTO x la serietà e l'assistenza ricevuta, l'azienda costruttrice @MERCOLEDÌSANTO per l'ineccepibile post-vendita e la gestione della problematica. Un ringraziamento particolare all'ing. Glauco con cui ho intrattenuto le comunicazioni in questo periodo... Sperando di rivederci tutti in grotta. Saluti Giorgio. Outstanding after sales. About a year ago I bought a pair of Veja's shoes for caving from "Buranchetto". The same after just two uses have a defect. I communicate the fact to the seller who sends me back to the manufacturer who has the shoes sent back to the factory for repair. When the shoes come back, the first re-use they still show the defect .. Now discouraged, I try without having too many hopes to get reimbursed for the purchase convinced that I will lose the capital invested for an unsuitable item and to my great surprise I am contacted by the designer and I find myself catapulted into the "consultancy" for the realization of the new shoe project ... one year later (due to a pandemic) I receive a box with the new Veja's shoes completely renewed in materials and design .. Regardless of the result of the new shoes, thank you the company @BURANCHETTO for the seriousness and assistance received, the manufacturer @ MERCOLEDÌSANTO for the flawless after-sales and the management of the problem. A special thanks to Eng. Glauco with whom I entertained communications in this period ... Hoping to see us all in the cave. Greetings Giorgio.
