Interessante la tomba di Padre Santo e da notare il pavimento composto da antiche lapidi. A suggestive and cozy place of worship. Very close to the historic center. The tomb of Padre Santo is interesting and to note the floor composed of ancient tombstones.

È conosciuto come Chiesa di Padre Santo perché vi sono esposte le spoglie mortali di S. Francesco Maria da Camporosso (detto il Padre Santo), che vi soggiornò per circa 40 anni, fino alla morte. Nel periodo natalizio viene allestito uno splendido presepe genovese della scuola del Maragliano. Convent of the Capuchin Friars built at the end of the 16th century and dedicated to the Immaculate Conception. It is known as the Church of Padre Santo because the mortal remains of S. Francesco Maria da Camporosso (called the Holy Father) are exposed there, who stayed there for about 40 years, until his death. During the Christmas period, a splendid Genoese nativity scene from the Maragliano school is set up.
P	Paolo Maggiani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L a bella chiesa della Santissima Concezione , conosciuta anche come chiesa dei Cappuccini o santuario di Padre Santo , si trova nel quartiere di Castelletto a Genova , a pochi passi da Villetta di Negro ; è stata edificata tra il 1593 e il 1596 ; al suo interno si trova la cappella che contiene l'urna con le spoglie di Padre Santo , cioè al secolo S. Francesco Maria da Camporosso ed accanto si può visionare la sua cella ed alcune bacheche contenente i suoi oggetti di uso quotidiano ; sul sagrato vi sono un cinema , un oratorio ed accanto un interessante presepe , aperto nel periodo natalizio , già da me recensito . The beautiful church of the Santissima Concezione, also known as the Capuchin church or the sanctuary of Padre Santo, is located in the Castelletto district of Genoa, a few steps from Villetta di Negro; it was built between 1593 and 1596; inside there is the chapel which contains the urn with the remains of Father Santo, that is to say the century S. Francesco Maria da Camporosso and next to it you can see his cell and some bulletin boards containing his everyday objects; in the churchyard there is a cinema, an oratory and next to it an interesting nativity scene, open during the Christmas period, already reviewed by me.
