★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima concessionaria auto, persone serie e affidabili. Passaggio di proprietà immediato. Ho acquistato a 400 km di distanza e le molteplici foto inviatemi corrispondevano alla realtà dell' auto. Preciso che ero stato invitato a visionare l' auto prima di inviare una caparra.
Dimenticavo, personale della concessionaria mi è venuto a prendere alla stazione ferroviaria di Verona e accompagnato presso la loro sede che dista circa 15 km.
Consigliatissima.
Excellent car dealership, serious and reliable people. Immediate change of ownership. I bought 400 km away and the multiple photos sent to me corresponded to the reality of the car. I specify that I was invited to view the car before sending a deposit.
I forgot, the dealership staff picked me up at the Verona train station and accompanied me to their headquarters which is about 15 km away.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se mai dovessi comprare un’altra macchina la prima scelta cadrebbe su Fratelli s auto; sono stato seguito davvero bene sia prima dell’acquisto, con ulteriori foto e video riguardanti la macchina, durante e nel dopo, per qualsiasi informazione Peter è sempre stato pronto a rispondere.
Anche se siete lontani da Verona, come me, non ve ne pentirete a comprare da Peter!
Super consigliato!
If I ever had to buy another car, the first choice would fall on Fratelli s auto; I was followed really well both before the purchase, with additional photos and videos about the machine, during and after, for any information Peter was always ready to answer.
Even if you are far from Verona, like me, you will not regret buying from Peter!

Ho comprato una macchina da loro la settimana scorsa che purtroppo si è rivelata molto problematica nonostante loro avessero fatto il possibile per renderla ottima, ovvero, hanno cambiato sospensioni, scatola dello sterzo, hanno rifatto la catena, hanno fatto il tagliando l'hanno controllata da cima a fondo e davvero la macchina sembrava messa molto bene. Purtroppo dopo due giorni si è bruciata la guarnizione di testa e Peter non ha esitato a contattarmi proponendomi di ritirarla a costo zero, mi hanno ridato indietro tutti i soldi che ho speso incluso il passaggio di proprietà più il mini passaggio per ridarla indietro in agenzia. Devo dire che mi hanno veramente sorpreso in quanto a serietà ed onestà. Mi sono veramente trovato molto bene con loro e mi dispiace per la macchina perché mi sarebbe piaciuto tenerla purtroppo però non era possibile. Consiglio vivamente questo venditore in quanto non se ne trovano in giro cosi! Seriamente, andate da loro perché state sicuri che sarete soddisfatti, in un modo o nell'altro.
Davvero lodevole da parte loro dall'inizio alla fine.

Mine will be a somewhat particular review. I bought a car from them last week which unfortunately proved to be very problematic even though they had done everything possible to make it great, that is, they changed the suspension, the steering gear, they redone the chain, they did the service they checked it by top to bottom and the car looked really good. Unfortunately, after two days the head gasket burned and Peter did not hesitate to contact me proposing to withdraw it at no cost, they gave me back all the money I spent including the change of ownership plus the mini passage to give it back to the agency. I must say that they really surprised me in terms of seriousness and honesty. I really got along very well with them and I'm sorry for the car because I would have liked to keep it unfortunately but it was not possible. I highly recommend this seller as there aren't any around like that! Seriously, go to them because you can be sure that you will be satisfied, one way or another.
Really commendable of them from start to finish.
