★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio parte ricambi con inserviente molto svogliato. Non direi che il negozio sia propriamente ben fornito.... Su 3 cose (valvole, guarnizione e arredo bagno ) non ne ho trovata neanche 1.
 Spare parts shop with very listless attendant. I would not say that the shop is properly stocked .... Out of 3 things (valves, gasket and bathroom furniture) I have not found even 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 mesi senza box doccia. Per carità non lo pretendo subito, ma era prevista la consegna in 30gg. Il problema è che ogni volta che ho chiamato in sede, il venditore era occupato (e ci può stare), ma mi veniva detto che mi avrebbero richiamato (mai successo).
Dopo attese snervanti e soprattutto col caldo torrido senza doccia (fortunatamente ho un altro bagno con vasca), mi chiamano dicendomi che l'ordine era sbagliato e che quindi c'era una rettifica da fare con un ulteriore ritardo di 10gg. (consegna prevista 27/07). Nel pomeriggio, fortunatamente ero a casa, mi suona al citofono il corriere per la consegna del box (20/07), senza alcun preavviso. Ho ancora il box nell'imballo dovrò richiamare l'idraulico per l'installazione per vedere se riesce a venire qualche giorno prima, dato che avevo detto che mi avrebbero consegnato tutto il 27 e speriamo soprattutto che sia della misura giusta e che sia soprattutto il modello che ho ordinato!!

After unnerving waits and especially with the scorching heat without a shower (fortunately I have another bathroom with a bathtub), they call me telling me that the order was wrong and that therefore there was a correction to be made with a further delay of 10 days. (expected delivery 27/07). In the afternoon, fortunately I was at home, the courier for delivery of the box rings on the intercom (20/07), without any warning. I still have the box in the packaging.I will have to call the plumber for the installation to see if he can come a few days earlier, since I had said that they would deliver me all the 27 and we hope above all that it is the right size and that it is above all the model I ordered !!
