★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho richiesto di fare delle foto specificando che servivano per il passaporto. Arrivata in commissariato non me le hanno accettate in quanto non erano conformi perché erano presenti troppe ombre. 9 euro buttati.
I requested to take photos specifying that they were needed for the passport. When I arrived at the police station they did not accept them as they did not comply because there were too many shadows. 9 euro thrown away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi trovo molto bene. Ho stampato delle foto tramite l'app ed è stato possibile ritirarle in negozio dopo pochi gg in anticipo rispetto ai tempi previsti. Inoltre non ho avuto problemi nel fare una fototessera7 al mio bimbo di 4 mesi. Mi rivolgerò a loro anche per i regali di natale.
I am very happy. I printed some photos through the app and it was possible to collect them in the store after a few days in advance of the scheduled time. I also had no problems taking an ID photo7 for my 4 month old baby. I will also turn to them for Christmas gifts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, poza tym,ze kiedy przed skorzystaniem z uslugi zadzwobilisny zeby dowiedziec sie kilka rzeczy i zapytalismy m.in o cene uslyszelismy ze przez telefon nie otrzymamy takiej informacji... troche to slabe bo musze jechac specjalnie zeby na miejscu zdecydowac czy skorzystam czy tez nie bo nie odpowiada mi cena... jakby dla kazdego byla inna... koszty powinny byc jawne,a nie owiane tajemnica...
Ok, except that when before using the service, we called to find out a few things and we asked about the price, we heard that we would not receive such information on the phone ... it's a bit weak because I have to go there to decide whether or not to use no, because the price does not suit me ... as if it was different for everyone ... the costs should be open, not a secret ...

Qualità nella norma, nulla di eccezionale.
Mi sembra abbastanza eccessivo.
Non si può poi pagare più di una volta di seguito col bancomat...Siamo nel 2020, in uno Stato dove invece ci viene chiesta più tracciabilità nel commercio.

Quality in the norm, nothing exceptional.
It seems quite excessive to me.
