Sentirmi dire che sono problemi miei se il costo della riparazione è per le mie possibilità troppo alto, con tono sprezzante, non può lasciarmi soddisfatta. Ricevere informazioni dalla commessa diverse da quanto poi mi viene detto dopo dal titolare, non è professionale. Non sono una diffamatrice, sono una cliente che ha rischiato di pagare 45€ per una riparazione perché, come appreso in un secondo momento, fino a quella cifra non si riceve informazione del costo del lavoro! Per fortuna a questo punto la commessa non aveva capito, altrimenti mi sarei trovata a pagare un lavoro che non era a tutti gli effetti concordato, in quanto la commessa aveva detto che dopo l'apertura dell'oggetto ci sarebbe stato un preventivo! La ringrazio per la risposta, comunque.
 Comment correction for clarity as to why I did not find the shop's behavior honest. The fact that with my nickname you do not appear as a customer does not mean anything! Being told that these are my problems if the cost of the repair is too high for my possibilities, with a contemptuous tone, cannot leave me satisfied. Receiving information from the contract other than what I am later told by the owner is unprofessional. I am not a slanderer, I am a customer who risked paying € 45 for a repair because, as I learned later, no information on the cost of the work is received up to that figure! Fortunately, at this point the saleswoman did not understand, otherwise I would have found myself paying for a job that was not in effect agreed, as the saleswoman had said that after the opening of the object there would be a quote! Thanks for the reply, however.
