Dovevo fare una scansione e (dopo aver fatto passare una signora davanti a me senza neanche chiedermelo), mi viene chiesto "lo mettiamo su chiavetta il file?", NON SPECIFICANDO il sovrapprezzo che avrebbe comportato un'altra scelta. Lì, su due piedi, ho chiesto per comodità di farmelo inviare via mail. Anche lì non sono stata avvisata del fatto che il servizio di invio via mail costa €1,50 (che è decisamente troppo). Risultato: una scansione di una pagina mi è costata €1,60. I almost always found myself well, but I reluctantly point out an unpleasant episode that happened a few days ago. The manager is helpful, efficient and fast. I sent the files to be printed by email and went to collect them in the shop. All perfect.

Spiace molto leggere che come servizio viene offerto anche quello di grafica e per "offerto" si intende proprio GRATIS, con una caparra di 5 euro. Presumo che se noi grafici offrissimo anche il servizio di stampa le copisterie non ne sarebbero entusiaste. Tuttavia (a parte avere un brutto carattere) abbiamo la malsana abitudine di fare il nostro lavoro ed affidare il servizio stampe a chi lo fa di mestiere. Bizzarro, me ne rendo conto.
