Dopo aver ricevuto la mail di consegna mi sono recata in negozio per ritirare le mie foto. Il negoziante senza nemmeno cercare tra gli ordini che erano presenti sugli scaffali mi ha detto che non poteva aiutarmi perchΓ© avendo ordinato su internet non poteva sapere cosa avevo "combinato". Mi ha detto che la prossima volta avrei dovuto andare ad ordinare di persona in negozio per ricevere l'assistenza che chiedevo. Persona veramente sgarbata ed incompetente! Gli consiglio di cambiare lavoro!
I placed an order online on the digital discount photo site with collection in store in Lucca because it was the closest to my home. After receiving the delivery email, I went to the shop to collect my photos. The shopkeeper, without even looking through the orders that were on the shelves, told me that he could not help me because having ordered on the internet he could not know what I had "done". He told me that next time I would have to go and order in person at the store to get the assistance I was asking for. Really rude and incompetent person! I advise him to change jobs!
