Non ci sono attese snervanti in quanto prendendo appuntamento ho sempre riscontrato grande puntualita',umanita' nel trattare i vari problemi. Consiglio veramente di rivolgersi con fiducia troverete risposte adeguate. We have always turned to this patronage with great satisfaction. Safe competence but also precision, reliability and courtesy. There are no unnerving expectations as by making an appointment I have always found great punctuality, humanity in dealing with various problems. m	manuele kaba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ⁰Andate da qualche altra parte!Il peggior posto in tutta Lucca ,andato per richiedere il reddito di cittadinanza,personale all'ingresso posto per farti l'isee veramente scortese e in generale tutti incompetenti per quanto riguarda la richiesta del reddito ,avevo avuto la disoccupazione in precedenza anni prima e informandomi da solo avevo già capito che calcolavano il reddito includendo la naspi che avevo percepito nei 2 anni prima arrivando a ricevere appena 230 euro al posto dei 500 euro minimi erogabili..il fatto è che loro dovrebbero informandoti dicendo che andrebbe richiesto l'isee corrente solo che quando andai la prima volta e informando io della notizia letta su internet non c'erano problemi a detta loro!dopo 2 mesi che aspetto mi arrivano 230 euro,ditemi voi come si fa a vivere con questi soldi? Uno poi va al caf o patronato apposta perché loro dovrebbero sapere le cose invece a quanto pare sanno meno loro che una persona qualunque che si informa da solo su internet !!sconsiglio vivamente di andarci e di prendere in considerazione altri posti dove sicuramente svolgono bene il loro lavoro ! Ingoranza in Italia ,è questo il problema!!Spero che con la mia esperienza altri possano evitare quanto accaduto a me e di mettersi in mani buone che qui di sicuro non è! AteGo somewhere else! The worst place in all of Lucca, gone to apply for citizenship income, staff at the entrance to get you the really rude isee and in general all incompetent regarding the income request, I had had unemployment previously years before and informing myself I had already understood that they calculated the income by including the naspi that I had received in the 2 years before getting to receive just 230 euros instead of the 500 euros minimum payable..the fact is that they should informing you saying that it would go required the current ise only that when I went the first time and informing me of the news read on the internet there were no problems according to them! after 2 months I wait I get 230 euros, tell me how do you live with this money? One then goes to the caf or patronage on purpose because they should know things instead they apparently know less than they do any person who inquires themselves on the internet !! I strongly advise against going and considering other places where they certainly do well their job! Ingoranza in Italy, this is the problem !! I hope that with my experience others can avoid what happened to me and put yourself in good hands which certainly is not here!

Sono stata seguita in maniera attenta e scrupolosa dal personale presente e, devo dire, che è stato anche molto paziente per aver risposto a tutte le mie domande e perplessità. Attualmente mi trovo senza lavoro e grazie alla loro competenza mi hanno messa al corrente di poter fare richiesta del reddito d emergenza. Sono stati celerissimi nell inoltrarmi la domanda all Inps che è andata a buon fine. Vi consiglio vivamente di rivolgervi a loro per i servizi di Patronato. In my working year in Lucca I turned to Confartigianato to apply for Isee. I was followed in a careful and scrupulous way by the staff present and, I must say, he was also very patient for answering all my questions and concerns. I am currently out of work and thanks to their expertise they have informed me that I can apply for emergency income. They were very quick in forwarding the application to INPS which was successful. I highly recommend that you contact them for Patronage services.
