Il fatto accaduto avrà conseguenze penali perché per una emergenza notturna i gestori della Forti Yachting non solo non erano disponibili, ma fatti chiamare dalla polizia locale e dalla capitaneria si sono rifiutati.
Ringrazio il Comandante della Capitaneria di Porto ed il suo personale. Ringrazio il Sindaco di Porto Azzurro e tutti gli addetti dell’amministrazione comunale e della Polizia locale che ci hanno assistito.
Questa società (Forti Yachting) cesserà di gestire il porto a dicembre 2019, viva il cielo.
Sconsiglio fino a quella data di rivolgersi a loro per l’attracco.
Per il resto deposito a breve una denuncia presso la procura della repubblica di Livorno.

The incident happened will have penal consequences because for a night emergency the Forti Yachting managers were not only unavailable, but called by the local police and by the harbor office they refused.
I thank the Captain of the Harbor and his staff. I thank the Mayor of Porto Azzurro and all the employees of the municipal administration and the local police who assisted us.
This company (Forti Yachting) will cease to manage the port in December 2019, long live the sky.
I do not recommend until that date to contact them for docking.
For the rest, a brief deposit will be sent to the prosecutor's office of Livorno.
