★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liebe Familie Carmignani, wir haben uns wunderbar erholt im Appartamento Nr.5: Supperschöne Lage mit Sicht aufs Meer, paradisischer Blumengarten. Beobachtugswarte für die Vögel, es kreisen die Möven und Schwalben. Die Wohnung ist tiptop sauber und gepflegt mit Mückengitter , Klimaanlage und Ventilatoren versehen. Gerne kommen wir wieder!
 Dear Carmignani family, we have a wonderful recovery in apartment 5: beautiful location with a view of the sea, paradisiacal flower garden. Observatory for the birds, the gulls and swallows circle. The apartment is very clean and well maintained with mosquito screens, air conditioning and fans. We are happy to come back!

I would say simply fantastic. Wonderful place. Dream garden and very friendly and helpful owners at a very reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posizione fantastica, tutti gli appartamenti hanno terrazza con vista mare, sopra la spiaggia di Barbarossa. Giardino splendido con una grande varietà di piante, proprietari gentilissimi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati ospiti della famiglia Carmignani per quattro giorni ed è stata una esperienza davvero positiva : la location è bellissima, la posizione strategica, il giardino e gli spazi comuni lussurreggianti di piante ed arbusti. L'intero staff è gentile e discreto, gli interni del bilocale ove abbiamo alloggiato ampi, spaziosi e funzionali così come gli esterni, compreso il parcheggio all'ombra. Insomma un'esperienza che vale la pena provare
We were guests of the Carmignani family for four days and it was a really positive experience: the location is beautiful, the strategic position, the garden and the common areas lush with plants and shrubs. The entire staff is kind and discreet, the interiors of the two-room apartment where we stayed were large, spacious and functional as well as the exteriors, including the parking in the shade. In short, an experience that is worth trying

L'appartamento è spazioso e confortevole.È tutto molto pulito e curato e Paola, la proprietaria, è una persona gentile e disponibile.La spiaggia dista pochi metri e a pochi minuti ci sono due ristoranti e un bar. Il centro di Porto Azzurro si può raggiungere con una piacevole passeggiata di circa 20 minuti. Insomma tutto perfetto... Vi consiglio la doccia esterna, panoramica e immersa nella natura.
It was a very good experience. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Everything is very clean and well-kept and Paola, the owner, is a kind and helpful person. The beach is a few meters away and a few minutes away there are two restaurants and a bar. The center of Porto Azzurro can be reached with a pleasant walk of about 20 minutes. In short, everything is perfect ... I recommend the outdoor shower, panoramic and surrounded by nature.
