★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service delivered to customers is definitely low and unfortunately is made by people who are quite arrogant and presumptuous. Often they do not respond or eclipse themselves, at best in the midst of insults, in case of problems. We tried to rent a boat, but it took two and a half hours and a lot of patience before trying to leave, only to realize that the boat was old and quite dilapidated and the contracts were "difficult to understand". Too bad: a wasted day. Also because in Punta Ala there would be the opportunity to get a much better service. We have tried to encourage management to solve problems, but it seems that despite our good intentions, arrogance reigns supreme.
