Assolutamente consigliato. I rented the bavaria 36 Ala Rouge for 4 days, a boat in excellent condition with new sails. Friendly staff ready to answer any questions. Absolutely recommended.

Il Bavaria, del 2004 non aveva nessun problema e al check-in l'ho trovata ben pulita. Staff di Ala Charter molto disponibili e gentili. Alla prossima! Beautiful weekend with the Bavaria 36. Il parco barche è vario e valido, con barche più recenti e altre più datate ma particolarmente ben mantenute. Quest'anno siamo stati loro clienti soddisfatti per la seconda volta. Abbiamo noleggiato un doufour 40 un po' datato ma assolutamente in ordine (molte barche di altri charter sono già da buttare dopo pochi anni di servizio). Le uniche pecche riscontrate non dipendevano dell'attrezzatura ma da un utilizzo improprio di clienti precedenti (coperture lavandini usate come taglieri da cucina). Da notare che hanno tutte barche votate anche alle prestazioni e non i soliti "camper sull'acqua" (senza nulla togliere ad altri charter che trattano Bavaria con rande rollabili). Nonostante questo il rapporto qualità prezzo non ha rivali con altre aziende del circondario. Ritorneremo sicuramente data l'ottima esperienza. The owners are passionate, competent people, but above all available and always contactable for any need. The boat fleet is varied and valid, with more recent and other older but particularly well maintained boats. This year we have been their satisfied customers for the second time. We rented a doufour 40 a little dated but absolutely in order (many boats of other charters are already to be thrown away after a few years of service). The only flaws found did not depend on the equipment but on the improper use of previous customers (sink covers used as kitchen cutting boards). Note that all boats are also rated for performance and not the usual "camper on the water" (without taking anything away from other charters that treat Bavaria with rolling mainsail). Despite this, the value for money is unrivaled with other companies in the surrounding area. We will definitely be back given the great experience.

Barca ok, pulizzia non eccelsa, ma essendo il charter in piena attività di agosto con tempi stretti è comprensibile che abbiano avuto poco tempo per sistemarla. Personale molto disponibile e cordiale. Una bella vacanza! Group rented a boat for a week in August 2017. Boat ok, cleaning not excellent, but being the charter in full operation in August with tight deadlines it is understandable that they had little time to fix it. Staff very helpful and friendly. A nice holiday!

I gestori sono molto simpatici e disponibili. In caso di difficoltà si fanno in quattro per risolvere velocemente un eventuale problema. Per qualsiasi consiglio anche riguardo baie, porti, sono sempre bendisposti a dare informazioni. In definitiva un ottimo servizio. I have rented several times with this company which I find very professional, friendly and always attentive to the customer's needs. The managers are very nice and helpful. In case of difficulty, they will bend over backwards to quickly resolve any problems. For any advice also regarding bays, ports, they are always willing to give information. B	Bruno Molinari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grossi problemi e noleggiatore ostile, scortese, e maleducato. La barca un,Jeanneau 36 piedi, ha avuto una perdita di acqua dopo poche ore dal noleggio. Ce ne siamo accorti a seguito di una chiamata con il charter che non ha portato a soluzioni; tutta l’acqua era in sentina. Abbiamo avuto disagi la sera e abbiamo perso la mattina del giorno seguente per aspettare il tecnico. Il noleggiattore non ha fatto un plisse senza scusarsi! : “l’acqua della perdita da qualche parte deve andare”. Le sere seguenti il noleggiatore è risultato preoccupato, e poco professionale, contestando scelte di navigazione di un equipaggio esperto. Alla domanda: “ci domandiamo dov’è la luce in pozzetto” ci è stato risposto: “io invece mi domando....perchè siete a Fetovaia”. Morale: niente luce in pozzetto ma solo una luce decathlon scarica. Il pozzetto dopo il tramonto non era vivibile (es. mangiare o giocare a carte.). Tempi molto lunghi nel check in e nel check out, che sono risultati inutili per l’esperienza vissuta. Peccato.
