Ho avuto la fortuna di essere seguita da Andrea.. molto disponibile, gentile e soprattutto ASCOLTA e CHIARISCE?? .. purtroppo non sono riuscita a prendere la macchina ma ha lasciato il segno sia a me che alla persona che mi ha accompagnato. Posso dire di essere stato trattato bene sia da Andrea ed anche dai vertici dell'azienda che hanno accolto la mia proposta con un ulteriore extra sconto. Mi sento proprio di consigliare questo concessionario per la gentilezza dei collaboratori e la serietà. Molto contenti del servizio e per ora anche della macchina! NB anche l' amministratore Sig. Facchin, presente e gentile. Caratteristiche che in altra concessionaria trentina non abbiamo trovato. G	Germano A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando ho deciso l’acquisto della mia nuova auto e dopo aver visitato alcune concessionarie Ford “senza soddisfazione” ho deciso di recarmi presso la concessionaria Ford Facchin di San Bonifacio. Qui sono stato accolto con molta gentilezza e disponibilità da Marko. Mi ha illustrato alcuni modelli e mi ha fatto un preventivo, solo che io ero sin da subito orientato su un modello specifico (Focus mild hybrid) la quale al momento della mia visita non era possibile ordinarla, in quanto erano stati sospesi gli ordini. In seguito, appena è stato possibile inserire l’ordine, Marko mi ha contatto ed abbiamo fissato un appuntamento. In quella occasione molto professionalmente mi ha fatto provare un modello simile ed in seguito abbiamo concluso l’ordine. Il 4 gennaio ho ritirato la mia auto nuova e mi è stata consegnata da Marko. Mi ha illustrato con molta pazienza tutti gli optional. C’è stato un piccolo intoppo con la configurazione del sistema FordPass, Marko si era reso disponibile a risolverlo se mi fossi recato da lui. Il tutto si è risolto autonomamente in quanto il problema era dovuto a un aggiornamento del server centrale di Ford. Devo dire che sono più che contento dell’area vendite della concessionaria Ford Facchin di San Bonifacio e soprattutto della professionalità di Marko. Il mio meccanico di fiducia mia ha parlato molto bene anche dell’officina meccanica di Ford Facchin. Quindi devo dire che i presupposti sono più che buoni anche per il futuro. Here I was welcomed with great kindness and availability by Marko. He showed me some models and gave me a quote, except that I was immediately oriented on a specific model (Focus mild hybrid) which at the time of my visit it was not possible to order it, as orders had been suspended. Later, as soon as it was possible to place the order, Marko contacted me and we made an appointment. On that occasion, very professionally, he let me try a similar model and then we concluded the order. On January 4th I picked up my new car and it was delivered to me by Marko. He showed me all the options very patiently. There was a small hitch with the FordPass system configuration, Marko made himself available to fix it if I went to him. This all resolved itself as the problem was due to an update of Ford's central server. I must say that I am more than happy with the sales area of the Ford Facchin dealership in San Bonifacio and above all with Marko's professionalism. My trusted mechanic also spoke highly of Ford Facchin's mechanical workshop. So I must say that the conditions are more than good for the future as well. Michele, il venditore che mi ha seguito dall'inizio, si è dimostrata una persona, professionale, efficiente e competente. Mi ha spiegato in maniera chiara e professionale i vari modelli di auto a disposizione, le varie tipologie di acquisto e mi ha tolto tutti i dubbi che mi sorgevano.
