Titolare menefreghista, situazione alquanto imbarazzante, danno la garanzia per un anno sull automobile, e dopo un mese e mezzo ci chiedono cifre folli per un danno che già era presente,ma stato nascosto, prima dell'acquisto. Assolutamente una truffa, da vera e propria denuncia! Zero stars would be more suitable! I wouldn't even send my worst enemy there to buy a car! Our experience is just to forget. Owner careless, somewhat embarrassing situation, they give the warranty for a year on the car, and after a month and a half they ask us crazy figures for a damage that was already present, but was hidden, before the purchase. Absolutely a scam, a real complaint!

Ho aspettato quasi un mese a scrivere questa recensione e posso confermare che aver comprato una macchina in questa autofficina è stata un'autentica PRESA IN GIRO (per essere fine). Attenzione, perché potreste trovarvi a parlare con il ragazzo che vi segue e questo, se non gli sta bene quello che dite, prendere, girare i tacchi e lasciarvi li (tanto ormai avete pagato). I clienti si trattano così, no? Avete dei problemi una volta ritirata l auto (parliamo del l giorno dopo)? Non aspettatevi che vi arrivi un aiuto. I soldi spesi non son stati pochi e nonostante questo ho preso la cosiddetta inc...ata. Sicuramente ho imparato una cosa: NON FIDARSI. Essendo una recensione su internet ho i toni pacati, ma il nervosismo è alle stelle. Too bad we can't give zero stars. N	Nina Toso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci tengo a far presente la mia PESSIMA esperienza con l'ASSISTENZA FORD: giovedì nel primo pomeriggio il mio furgone si è fermato, essendo in garanzia ho chiamato l'assistenza Ford, la centralinista dell'officina di Lavagna mi ha detto di non toccare assolutamente niente e di aspettare il soccorso stradale. Siccome il mezzo era di intralcio al traffico, dopo tre ore di attesa, facendo segno alle macchine, ho dovuto arrangiarmi trainandolo per spostarlo perché il soccorso si è presentato alle 8.30 del giorno dopo. Ad oggi, a distanza di 4 giorni, nonostante le ripetute telefonate a Genova( lasciate sempre in attesa), e che sarebbe poi stato più pratico per tutti portarlo all'officina di Lavagna ( io perderò un pomeriggio per recuperarlo a mie spese), non ho nessuna notizia del mio furgone da LAVORO e non ho avuto proposte di mezzi di cortesia. Dopo aver comprato due furgoni nuovi, una macchina usata e avervi portato un mio dipendente a comprare una macchina usata credo che quando avrò bisogno non andrò di sicuro dalla Ford. I would like to point out my BAD experience with FORD ASSISTANCE: Thursday in the early afternoon my van stopped, being under warranty, I called Ford assistance, the switchboard operator in the Lavagna workshop told me not to touch it at all. nothing and to wait for roadside assistance. Since the vehicle was in the way of traffic, after three hours of waiting, signaling to the cars, I had to make do with pulling it to move it because the rescue showed up at 8.30 the next day. To date, after 4 days, despite the repeated phone calls to Genoa (always left on hold), and that it would have been more practical for everyone to take it to the Lavagna workshop (I will lose an afternoon to recover it at my expense), I have no news of my WORK van and have not had any courtesy suggestions. After buying two new vans, a used car and taking an employee of mine there to buy a used car, I think that when I need to, I won't go to Ford for sure.
