Nonostante le richieste un po' particolari in poco tempo è riuscito a trovarmi la vettura che desideravo e del colore preferito con un buono sconto. Purtroppo ho già avuto modo di valutare anche il reparto assistenza, molto gentili soprattutto il magazziniere ed i ragazzi dell'officina. Sono riusciti, per adesso, a risolvere tutti i difetti e problemi riscontrati e venirmi incontro anche con le mie esigenze di orario a causa del lavoro. Forse una pecca per la casa madre Ford, mi sarei aspettato qualcosina di meglio dalla linea ST-line in termini di rifiniture.. Tuttavia il concessionario in questione non ha colpe e si è dimostrato sempre disponibile e cortese. I appreciated the preparation of the seller very prepared and helpful. CARMELA E FRANCESCO SONO IL SUCCESSO DI TANTE VENDITE DI FORD : AUTO QUALITATIVAMENTE SUPERIORI, senz' Ombra di dubbio. Peró il segreto di tanto successo sono questi addetti alla vendita. In poche parole, loro prevengono le domande, dettagliano le spese e i vantaggi delle vere prestazioni, dei veicoli. Dopo aver apposto le firme, modulato le formule di pagamento rateizzato, in modo vantaggioso per il cliente, durante l' apposizione delle firme, Carmela e Francesco vogliono essere sicuri che il cliente abbia compreso l' intera procedura anche assicurativa. Bonariamente, ma con fermezza e nei giusti tempi, si diventa proprietari consapevoli. Per la prima volta nella mia vita, ho avuto la consapevolezza di non essere stata " intortata" ingannata, cioé costretta a un acquisto azzardato, sconveniente e pericoloso per le mie finanze.
