Riguardo la gentilezza nulla da dire, ma non basta. Disconcerting. Probably everything is ok for an Opel, but if you have a Citroen run away: they don't even know how it's done! Yet it is an authorized center ... Regarding kindness, nothing to say, but it is not enough.
