★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bottom line- if you’re a football fan, do your best to go. I dropped 1 star from rating because this museum should be much larger for a country that won 4 world cups and 2 European cups. Instead it’s a small one. It’s well organised and there’s English description on almost every item but it’s still rather small. The gift shop is very small as well. I wish there were more rooms for videos, interactive displays, and rooms for italian clubs that won European championships.
One important thing to know- it’s about 5 kilometres away from the center so you have to make taxi arrangements to come back. You can call a taxi company but I asked the ticket counter and they were nice enough to call a taxi for me. 18 euros for taxi. Entry ticket 9 euros.
