From the first enquiry email through to the actual wedding day was extremely professional and high quality.
On the wedding day itself everything flowed so smoothly and Lior with her team, ensured that everything was to schedule and executed exactly as planned.
Choosing Castello to host our wedding was the best decision we made. Highly recommend this beautiful venue. Also made the best location for wedding photos!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I unfortunately can't provide an accurate review of this venue as I never actually got the chance to see it. My partner and I were very much hoping to have our wedding here, and had contacted the venue several times over the course of a few months to try to receive some information and book in a viewing. All of my emails were ignored, and phone calls were either not answered or hung up on. We were in Florence a few months later to view other venues, and just went past to try to speak to someone/book in a time for a viewing, and were just sent away with a phone number to contact - again my calls were not answered nor returned. It looks like such a beautiful venue but they have left such a distaste by their poor customer service. Thank god there are so many other beautiful venues in the area!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We attended a wedding at the castle, it was a unique experience all together, the location, the service and the food was just excellent. The view from the top was amazing, at dusk they lit up candles all over the walls around the place looked awesome. Loved the staff and the food/drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely breathtaking. The castle is beautiful and well taken care of, the garden is gorgeous and the staff are all kind and helpful, going the extra mile to make sure their guests have the best time possible.
Almost all of them speak English.
Perfect experience, recommended!
