m	massimo caloffi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessima esperienza, mio figlio ha iniziato il mini basket nel 2013 ed all'inizio non è andata male poi via via è stato escluso dal gruppo e negli ultimi due anni è stato mortificato da continue non convocazioni per le partite del suo corso, ho provato a far capire alla Direzione questo comportamento sbagliato di estrema competizione dove solo il gruppetto dei più bravi veniva portato avanti a discapito dei più deboli provocando in questi ovviamente grande delusione e disaffezione ma ho trovato interlocutori assolutamente scandenti ed impreparati alla gestione di bambini. Non entro nel discorso economico perchè non mi interessa anche se ovviamente pagando come tutti mi sembrava ovvio che anche mio figlio dovesse essere convocato per le partite del suo gruppo. La soluzione è stata ovvia, ho spostato mi figlio presso altra associazione sportiva dove si privilegia l'accoglienza del bambino facendo gruppo e creando spirito di squadra cosa che al Pino Dragons non succede , quindi sconsiglio vivamente il loro corso di mini basket, si chiama MINI perchè sono BAMBINI e non giocatori di serie A, e devono essere gestiti correttamente, ho provato a spiegarlo alla dirigenza ma ho perso il mio tempo. bad experience, my son started mini basketball in 2013 and at the beginning it did not go badly then gradually he was excluded from the group and in the last two years he was mortified by continuous non-summons for the games of his course, I tried to to make the Management understand this wrong behavior of extreme competition where only the small group of the best ones was carried out at the expense of the weakest ones, obviously causing great disappointment and disaffection in these but I found interlocutors absolutely scandalous and unprepared for the management of children. The solution was obvious, I moved my son to another sports association where the child is welcomed by teaming up and creating team spirit which does not happen at Pino Dragons, so I strongly advise against their mini basketball course, it's called MINI because they are CHILDREN and not Serie A players, and they must be managed correctly, I tried to explain it to the management but I lost my time.

Comunque vergogna, vergognati. Cara società e caro allenatore non dite e non fate niente per fermare tutto ciò? Io ammiravo il Pino non fatemi ricredere. Comunque caro genitore se ti fa piacere ti aspetto io fuori.
