★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se si prende in carico un lavoro a questo punto si deve effettuare la riparazione, e non ridare il prodotto guasto con la scusa che il produttore non ti ha dato i ricambi. Perché il produttore i ricambi a me li ha dati, ed alla fine la riparazione l'ho dovuta fare da me.

Ho portato il mio folletto x un preventivo xchè nonostante fosse del tutto funzionante da qualche giorno faceva un rumore diverso e mi è stato detto che nel pomeriggio o al max il giorno dopo sarei stata contattata per capire quale problema avesse, ma sono stata io a dover chiamare e siccome nn credo sia possibile che l'aspirapolvere avesse bisogno di sostituire il motore ho detto di nn effettuare il lavoro,ma ho dovuto attendere un altro giorno perché mi venisse ridato e oltretutto mi sono appena accorta che nel rimontarlo me lo hanno danneggiato. Una vergogna
