Non da meno la disponibilità e preparazione del servizio clienti, un valore aggiunto da non trascurare. Ho avuto poche volte la necessità di chiamare l'assistenza e li ho sempre trovati molto cordiali e professionali, mi hanno risolto i problemi praticamente in modo immediato. L'ho consigliato anche ai miei amici che a loro volta si sono trovati benissimo. Consiglio questa azienda soprattutto per le zone bianche! Per me sono i migliori e penso di averli provati tutti!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ...mi sono trovato in difficoltà con la rete dati della mia azienda, dopo un’accurata ricerca nel web “scovo” FLYNET, azienda locale che offre connettività a prezzi competitivi e decido di contattarli. Il loro responsabile commerciale dopo avermi illustrato accuratamente l’offerta e la tecnologia utilizzata mi convince e decido di di stipulare il contratto con loro. Il servizio è stato attivato in un paio di giorni, la qualitá della connessione è ottima, anzi favolosa, ping bassissimo e velocità in download e upload mai viste prima! Il tecnico che è passato per attivarmi la connesione super professionale e gentile, ha fatto un lavoro davvero pulito. Le ragazze dell’ufficio super super cortesi e disponibili.

Their sales manager, after carefully explaining the offer and the technology used, convinces me and I decide to sign a contract with them. The service was activated in a couple of days, the connection quality is excellent, indeed fabulous, very low ping and download and upload speeds never seen before! The technician who came by to activate the super professional and kind connection did a really neat job. The super-courteous and helpful office girls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da poco più di un anno abito a San Giacomo di Romano d'Ezzelino, ho provato Vodafone, Fastweb, Eolo... è vero, ho delle esigenze particolari come l'IP STATICO... bene, con Flynet ho risolto tutti i miei problemi: IP STATICO, CONNESSIONE STABILE, VELOCITà ULTRA (130 MBPS IN DOWN E 28 MBPS IN UP) velocissimi e preparati gli installatori, le impiegate sono gentili e cordiali.
Finalmente una azienda seria che ha a cuore i suoi clienti...SUPER!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente FlyNet da ormai 6 mesi e devo dire che sono davvero soddisfatto, la connessione non ha mai avuto problemi di instabilità e ha sempre rispettato le velocità dichiarate dal fornitore del servizio, a volte anche superiori e latenza molto ridotta adatta anche al gaming online. Dalla firma del contratto all'installazione e attivazione del servizio sono passati circa 10 giorni; l'installatore Fabio, davvero professionale e simpatico, ha avuto alcuni problemi a causa di interferenze di segnale causate dall'antenna di un altro fornitore del vicino di casa, ma finchè non è riuscito a trovare il punto migliore non è sceso dal tetto. FlyNet davvero consigliato a tutti coloro abitino nei dintorni di Rosà davvero un ottimo fornitore di servizi di rete.
