Pagamos a diária e saímos, fomos pra outro.
I saw a review of one person saying that this is the worst hotel she's ever stayed in. I did not believe it, because they had many good reviews. She was right. THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE STAYED IN ITALY FROM 12 DIFFERENT HOTELS IN 63 DAYS OF TRIP. We paid the daily and we left, went to another. Summing up: The daily rate is cheap, 38 euros, but stay tuned. After you emit you receive the info you have to pay 20 euros extra. That is, the 38 have seen 58. The hotel has no parking, and so far so good. Just do not warn that there is no way to leave the car in the street within a radius of almost 1km from the hotel, as it is prohibited. If you got in the car in the area, you screwed up. The zone is forbidden for those who are not residents. Then you will have to pay another 28 euros in the parking lot, per day, at least, to be able to stop the car and get rid of the fine. His daily 38 that turned 58, is now 86 euros. And for 86 euros you get something VERY MUCH, but MUCH better than this hotel. Upon arrival you will be greeted at the reception by a friendly young man in a room with a smell of sewage with a cigarette. There you are informed that your room is on the fourth floor, and that the building has no lift. Each floor is about 4 to 5 meters on the right foot, so get ready for a climb. Do you have heavy suitcases? I'm sorry. So let's go to the mistakes: A. At such a fee of 20 euros is on the website, in minimal letters, the bottom at the bottom of the page. If they were honest, they would have included in the price and competed equally with other places. It must have so much, but so much complaint that afterwards they send an email with the rate shouting. Why do they need to send such email right? B. It is written that there is no elevator. Just do not be warned that the building has 4 floors and that your room will be in the last. C. It is written that there is no parking. Just do not be warned that you can not stop on the street, you can not access the neighborhood of the hotel with a car, and if you want, you will have to pay almost the daily rate per day, more. So the summary is, run away. But run hard.

Great service and amazing apartments!

We were very happy with the service we received from Florent agency in September of this year. Communication was very quick and good but the apartment we rented from them was quite grubby, very tired and poorly equipped. Ponte Vecchio Museum apartment is in an ancient tower on the Ponte Vecchio with amazing views across the Arno. The position is smazing. While we recognise it is a very old building we have stayed in others in Italy just as old which were spotlessly clean and well equipped. This apartment was not. The shower was a trickle of water. Some of the windows would not close so we couldn't keep out the noise from the bridge. The bedroom was extremely dark with lamps sitting the floor. The noise from the bridge meant you had to close the window and the only cooling was a fan on a stand. The only storage for clothes was in a storage room which we could not stand up straight in. So was the fridge. There was broken glass on the floor by the main window. I could go on. What could be a great apartment let down by no maintenance and poor cleaning. Not Florent's fault but the owner should be required to do maintenance.
