I was in Parco Leonardo when I came across this shop. Beautiful bedrooms in real wood of the highest quality. I was really satisfied with the staff that I feel qualified and friendly.

Acquistato un letto Flexa nel negozio di Via Gregorio VII che ha poi chiuso. Ho chiesto alla casa madre i riferimenti di un rappresentante su Roma e mi è stato indicato il negozio di Via Appia. Dopo un intervento costato 50 euro dove sono state riavvitate delle viti, già due anni fa, dopo una settimana le doghe erano di nuovo fuori posto. Mi è stato risposto che il problema erano le mie doghe e che avrei dovuto portarle io in negozio, eventualmente sostituirle e rimontarmele da sola. Quindi direi che il servizio post vendita della casa madre non esiste. Contando che il prezzo non è proprio economico, sconsiglio l'acquisto di un letto Flexa.
Il mio letto ha circa 5 anni e da subito le doghe andavano fuori posto. Non ho mai inviato foto, forse si riferisce a un altro cliente con lo stesso problema... Se il problema era e sono i laterali del letto i tecnici venuti non lo hanno saputo risolvere e in seguito, dopo altri solleciti per ricevere assistenza, non ho riscontrato alcuna disponibilità nel sistemare il letto. Dispiace molto anche a me visto che ho pagato per avere un buon prodotto e mi ritrovo un letto inutilizzabile.

Purchased a Flexa bed in the shop in Via Gregorio VII which then closed. I asked the parent company for a representative of Rome and I was shown the Via Appia store. After an intervention costing 50 euros where the screws were screwed back, already two years ago, after a week the slats were out of place again. I was told that the problem was my staves and that I should take them to the store, eventually replace them and put them back on my own. So I would say that the after-sales service of the parent company does not exist. Counting the price is not exactly cheap, I do not recommend the purchase of a Flexa bed.
My bed is about 5 years old and the staves were immediately out of place. I have never sent photos, perhaps it refers to another customer with the same problem ... If the problem was and are the side of the bed the technicians have not been able to solve it and later, after other reminders to receive assistance, not I found no availability in arranging the bed. I'm very sorry for myself as I paid to have a good product and I find myself an unusable bed.

Ho avuto problemi sin da subito: le doghe dei letti si staccavano in continuazione come anche le assi laterali dei letti. Inutili sono stati gli interventi successivi dei tecnici. A mio parere i mobili sono mal progettati e di bassa qualità
Sconsiglio vivamente questi prodotti, che, peraltro non vengono venduti a prezzi irrisori. Sì può trovare di meglio.
I purchased two complete bedrooms from Flexa four years ago in a shop on Via Gregorio VII. I had problems right away: the staves of the beds came off continuously as did the side boards of the beds. The subsequent interventions of the technicians were useless. In my opinion the furniture is poorly designed and of low quality
I strongly advise against these products, which, moreover, are not sold at ridiculous prices. Yes you can find better.
