Una ragazza di nome Valentina ci ha guidato cortesemente nella scelta tra le varie opzioni del loro catalogo; è stata sempre cortese e super disponibile anche ad ascoltare le nostre richieste. Alla fine siamo usciti dal negozio estremamente soddisfatto dell'acquisto effettuato. Great service, we came to find cushions for our garden chairs and had a great time. A girl named Valentina kindly guided us in choosing among the various options in their catalog; she was always courteous and super available to listen to our requests. In the end we left the shop extremely satisfied with the purchase made.

Preso 2 fregature belle e buone, attirata dal prezzo ribassato esposto. Mancanza totale di trasparenza e serietà nell'applicare le regole del commercio even though I am aware that I live in the land of the clever and not the honest, I recommend that you carefully check the displayed prices of the items (especially if in promotion) with those charged at the checkout. Took 2 nice and good rip-offs, attracted by the lowered price exposed. Total lack of transparency and seriousness in applying the rules of trade

Gamma di prodotti secondo me superiore all'Ikea, anche se la varietà di prodotti è più limitata. Servizio di assistenza ottimo, sono stata seguita dalla signora Valentina con grande cura e professionalità. A nice chain of furniture stores that I met in Denmark. Unico modo per parlare con qualcuno era fare la fila in una delle casse. La fila non è regolamentata dal numero di priorità, vitale in Italia. Infatti quando è arrivato il mio turno, 3 persone mi sono passate avanti. Quindi ho fatto notare alla cassiera cosa stava succedendo ed essendosi accorta di quanto ho scritto, si è fatta parte in causa e si è resa disponibile, anche quando le cose che cercavo risultavano esaurite, ha cercato di trovare articoli simili. Anche per il pagamento si è ripetuta la scena descritta precedentemente. Ma grazie alla citata cassiera sono riuscito a conservare la mia posizione. Peccato perché il negozio offre prodotti interessanti a prezzi accettabili. Qualora dovessi tornare, spero di trovare i numeri che regolamentano la fila (in Italia necessari) e per gratitudine verso la cassiera, Valentina che ringrazio. Good evening I was this morning in this shop, crowded and without employees in the exhibition area (internal and external). The only way to talk to someone was to queue at one of the tills. The queue is not regulated by the priority number, which is vital in Italy. In fact when my turn came, 3 people passed me by. So I pointed out to the cashier what was happening and having noticed what I wrote, she took part in the case and made herself available, even when the things I was looking for were out of stock, she tried to find similar articles. The scene described above was also repeated for the payment. But thanks to the aforementioned cashier I managed to keep my position. Too bad because the shop offers interesting products at acceptable prices. If I come back, I hope to find the numbers that regulate the queue (necessary in Italy) and out of gratitude to the cashier, Valentina whom I thank.

Soddisfatto del buon rapporto qualità prezzo ma testato solo su piccoli acquisti. Personale (di questo punto vendita) molto gentile e disponibile. Aperto fino alle 21 tutti i giorni compresa la domenica. Consigliato ? Good shop for furniture, furnishings and small useful items for the home (a sort of small IKEA) which is located within the Da Vinci Village area in Fiumicino that has been open for about a year. Satisfied with the good value for money but tested only on small purchases. Staff (of this store) very kind and helpful. Open until 9pm every day including Sundays. Recommended ?
