Agency that should have all the requirements of seriousness and kindness. This is not the case. The telephone interlocutors are rude and give appointments for apartments with negotiations being concluded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sui siti non tolgono gli appartamenti già locati e quindi non più disponibili. Ho chiamato a distanza di due settimane per 3 appartamenti (sempre gli stessi) e hanno sempre risposto: "abbiamo chiuso proprio oggi la trattativa, oggi hanno inviato la proposta, ecc"
Vi suggerisco un po' di attenzione e professionalità
On the sites they do not take away the apartments already rented and therefore no longer available. I called after two weeks for 3 apartments (always the same) and they always replied: "we closed the deal today, today they sent the proposal, etc."
I suggest you some attention and professionalism

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Più volte avevo fissato con loro appuntamenti per vedere degli appartamenti da comprare e più volte li hanno annullati all'ultimo momento, come se la gente avesse tempo da perdere con loro e loro ti facessero un piacere. Mai più con loro.
Several times I had set up appointments with them to see some apartments to buy and many times they canceled them at the last moment, as if people had time to waste with them and they made you a pleasure. Never again with them.
