Purtroppo non era disponibile e mi è stato detto di ripassare tra una settimana. Così ho fatto... peccato che anche la seconda volta ne erano sprovvisti e mi hanno detto di riprovare, aspettando una settimana. In tale circostanza comunque ho acquistato due fragranze. Sono ritornata e, non solo continuavano a esserne sprovvisti, ma addirittura non si erano proprio attivati nella ricerca. La titolare del negozio dice alla commessa che mi stava seguendo di prendersi il mio recapito e che lo avrebbe preso nell’altro negozio vicino termini. La ragazza mi dice che mi avrebbero chiamata martedì. Do ancora una volta fiducia. Zero chiamate!!! Disattenti verso la nuova clientela e non professionali. L’acquisto l’ ho fatto online è OVVIAMENTE non tornerò mai più li. I went to this perfumery to buy a perfume that normally isn't found everywhere. I have actually seen how much is provided. The store owner tells the saleswoman that she was following me to take my address and that she would take it to the other store near Termini. The girl tells me they would call me Tuesday. I trust once again. Zero calls !!! Inattentive to new customers and non-professionals. The purchase I made online is of course I will never go there again.

Non solo è un negozio bellissimo sempre molto fornito e comunque in grado nell'arco di 24 ore di farti avere il prodotto che non è immediatamente disponibile ma per me quello che conta è soprattutto l'atmosfera aiutata da profumi meravigliosi che ti investono appena entri . Cioè l'ambiente di gradevolezza e disponibilità che le giovani donne che la gestiscono (in particolare la direttrice Nicoletta che cerca sempre di soddisfare le mie richieste più complicate)sono riuscite a creare. Per questo quando ci vai ti attardi sempre un pò perchè ti senti tra amiche It has been my perfumery for many years. Interessanti le nuove proposte Dior e Chanel. Kingdom of women. Perfumes, make-up accessories, all to make the afternoon unique and feel pampered by attentive and specialized staff.
