Comprare o vendere casa non é qualcosa che succede frequentemente e di conseguenza dare una valutazione sull’operato di un’agenzia immobiliare, non e’ così semplice o immediato. Probabilmente solo una persona che lavora nel settore di compravendite di immobili ha l’esperienza e la capacità per dare una valutazione oggettiva ed esaustiva sul lavoro che un’agenzia immobiliare compie durante una compravendita.
Personalmente, mi sono avvalso dell’Agenzia Tempocasa di Roma Vigna Clara in occasione di due vendite ed una locazione.
Come scritto sopra, mi è difficile poter dire se un’altra agenzia avrebbe fatto meglio o peggio di questa, ma sicuramente ho trovato efficace la promozione dell’immobile sia a livello di campagna pubblicitaria, sia durante le visite, ed ho apprezzato che l’agenzia si sia fatta carico di diversi adempimenti burocratici e si sia dimostrata estremamente propositiva nella risoluzione di alcune problematiche che sono sorte durante una delle vendite.
Il motivo che mi ha però spinto a dare una valutazione estremamente positiva, e’ legato proprio alle difficoltà che sono emerse durante una delle vendite.
In quell’occasione, ho avuto modo di riconoscere il comportamento estremamente corretto e comprensivo dell’agenzia e del titolare nella gestione della situazione. Non posso che apprezzare questo comportamento e darne atto.
A premise
Buying or selling a house is not something that happens frequently and consequently giving an evaluation on the work of a real estate agency is not that simple or immediate. Probably only a person who works in the property sales sector has the experience and ability to give an objective and comprehensive evaluation of the work that a real estate agency performs during a sale.
Personally, I made use of the Tempocasa Agency in Rome Vigna Clara on the occasion of two sales and a lease.
As written above, it is difficult for me to say if another agency would have done better or worse than this one, but I certainly found the promotion of the property effective both in terms of advertising campaigns and during visits, and I appreciated that the agency took charge of various bureaucratic tasks and proved extremely proactive in solving some problems that arose during one of the sales.
The reason that prompted me to give an extremely positive evaluation, however, is linked precisely to the difficulties that emerged during one of the sales.
On that occasion, I was able to recognize the extremely correct and comprehensive behavior of the agency and the owner in managing the situation. I can only appreciate this behavior and acknowledge it.

Il Dott. Silvano è la Professionalità fatta persona e il suo Staff è stato al mio fianco durante tutta la trattativa.
Cosa da non sottovalutare è che tale trattativa è avvenuta a distanza in quanto abito a Palermo e l'appartamento che ho venduto era nel Comune di Roma.
