Ho avuto una pessima esperienza con un abito di Flavio castellani, acquistato circa un anno fa, indossato una sola volta perché dopo quell'unica volta il tessuto si è completamente rovinato e l'abito è non più indossabile. Per non parlare dell'assistenza ai clienti inesistente su qualunque canale: social, telefonico, via mail e nello store. Dopo svariati tentativi di mettermi in contatto con l'azienda, sfinita, mi sono recata allo store dove lo avevo acquistato e le commesse mi hanno dato solo risposte confuse del tipo la sarta non ritiene sia un vizio del tessuto, abbiamo provato a ritinteggiarlo, l'azienda ritiene non sia un vizio del tessuto... Morale della favola a circa un anno dall'acquisto mi ritrovo un abito inmettibile e nessuna risposta dall'azienda, la quale ha dimostrato, a mio avviso, tutta la sua scarsa serietà! Un abito costato non poco che dovrà essere solo cestinata! Sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare un capo Flavio Castellani e trovo inaccettabile e poco serio l'atteggiamento di un brand che si promuove come un marchio eccellente, ma di eccellenza io non ne vedo nemmeno l'ombra! A confronto sicuramente meglio Zara!

The moral of the story about a year after the purchase I find myself an unmissable dress and no response from the company, which has shown, in my opinion, all its scarce seriousness! A costly dress that should only be thrown away! I strongly advise against buying a Flavio Castellani garment and I find the attitude of a brand promoting itself as an excellent brand unacceptable and not very serious, but I do not even see the shadow of excellence! In comparison, Zara is definitely better!

Pessima esperienza. Bottoni dorati stile Balmain ma di poca qualità, pizzo ovunque. Dopo 13 anni da cliente fedele, ho chiesto di effettuare un cambio poichè mi avevano fatto lasciare un accounto per un abito di cui non avevano la taglia in negozio. L’abito è risultato troppo stretto e inadatto, successivamente, in quanto previo acconto sono stata obbligata a comprarlo mi hanno “concesso” veramente controvoglia di cambiare un abito che di fatto non avevo mai provato. Mi hanno venduto un abito difettato di seta perchè per loro policy avevo solo 7 giorni per il cambio….con tutti i fili tirati a causa di alcune paillettes, non l’hanno nemmeno imbustato nella veline. Quando sono andata dalla sarta di fiducia che sotto ma luce mi ha mostrato l’abito difettato, loro hanno detto che l’avrebbero cambiato salvo poi non avere taglie, rendere impossibile trasferimenti di capi di mio interesse e rifiutandosi di cambiare l’abito con uno in condizioni idonee. Pensate 10 volte prima di acquistare qui! Le commesse vi diranno sempre che sono ultime taglie e che dovete affrettarvi: menzogna ricevono stock bisettimanali e possono trasferire i capi solo che sono altezzose, poco competenti e indolenti nel venire in contro al cliente. Bocciato. Rispondo alla responsabile del negozio che ha commentato qui sotto. Ho chiesto alla loro sartoria di fiducia un'imbastitura per avere un'idea di come potesse venire l'abito. Loro stessi mi avevano proposto di chiamare la sarta e farla venire in negozio per effettuare tale prova. L'imbastitura proposta prevedeva solo di fare una pence sul punto vita, e rendendomi conto che l'abito sarebbe cmq stato grande ed altre modifiche erano necessarie, ho chiesto di togliere l'imbastitura e ho riportato l'abito che il loro sarto stesso si era reso conto essere fallato in quanto aveva dei fili tirati dalle frange di strass. Inizialmente, le commesse hanno ispezionato l'abito e si sono dette disposte a cambiarlo tuttavia quando ho iniziato a chiedere specifici modelli e taglie, mi hanno di fatto negato la possibilità di cambiarlo obbligando la mia scelta alle uniche taglie rimaste in negozio. Ho pertanto chiesto di poter cambiare l'abito in un altro punto vendita della stessa catena, mi è stata garantita l'autorizzazione salvo poi, non fare presente all'altro punto vendita che l'abito venduto era già fallato in origine! A quel punto si sono rifiutate di cambiarmi l'abito e hanno comunicato all'altro punto vendita che evidentemente avevo indossato l'abito e si toglievano ogni responsabilità. Infine, il ridicolo tentativo di lavarsi per l'ennesima volta le mani, facendo scrivere alla loro sartoria di fiducia ( a cui evidentemente invieranno decine di abiti fallati per poi rivenderli alle clienti ignare) di scrivere che erano state apportate delle modifiche. Imbastire un abito, significa proprio, non apportare modifiche definitive che rovinino o alterino la natura dello stesso. Infatti l'abito è fallato sulla parte non toccata delle imbastiture e lo era anche al momento della vendita! Malefede e poco senso commerciale nel capire che il giro di parole di come trattano le clienti non farà buona pubblicità al negozio e al marchio.

Failed. I reply to the store manager who commented below. I asked their trusted tailor for basting to get an idea of ​​how the dress could come. They themselves had suggested that I call the seamstress and have her come to the shop to carry out this test. The proposed basting only involved making a pence on the waistline, and realizing that the dress would be large anyway and other changes were necessary, I asked to remove the basting and brought back the dress that their tailor himself he had realized that it was flawed as it had threads pulled by the rhinestone fringes. Initially, the orders inspected the dress and said they were willing to change it, however when I started asking for specific models and sizes, they actually denied me the possibility to change it by forcing my choice to the only sizes left in the store. I therefore asked to be able to change the dress in another store of the same chain, I was granted the authorization but then, not to point out to the other store that the dress sold had already failed originally! At that point they refused to change my dress and communicated to the other store that I had evidently worn the dress and they were taking off all responsibility. Finally, the ridiculous attempt to wash your hands for the umpteenth time, having their trusted tailor's shop (to which they will evidently send dozens of flawed dresses and then resell them to unsuspecting customers) to write that changes had been made. Baste a dress, really means, do not make definitive changes that ruin or alter the nature of the same. In fact, the dress was flawed on the untouched part of the basting and it was flawed even at the time of sale! Bad faith and little commercial sense in understanding that the turn of words about how they treat customers will not do well for the store and the brand.

Awful experience, stay away at all costs! After 13 years of shopping in the store, the first time I asked for an exchanged they made my life impossible! The shopping assistants are on the edge of being pushy and and they do “threaten” all the time by saying: “you know.. that is the last piece on that size- hurry up” while they have a huge stock and they receive stocks biweekly. They won’t exchange you a faulty item, they would refuse to take responsibility of anything and they will lie to you saying they cannot source or transfer items from other stores.. They are inaccurate, they sent me to another store 200 km from Milan to exchange my item guaranteeing me that I could have done the exchange and while I was there that was not possibile and upon calling them to mediate with the other store they avoid to take any responsibility blaming the dress had already been worn, while I show them it was faulty 30 minutes after purchases. They refused to take note the item was faulty and then they washed their hands. Besides that, everything is pretty much the same.. gold buttons everywhere, lace everywhere. Bad copy of Balmain or Mr Portrait. Not worth it. I am adding my reply to the store manager, who commented below. She asks to her tailor to write a certificate in which I allegedly asked to perform some alterations, while they were FULLY aware and happy to make me ask to their tailor for a basted fitting!!!!!! The tailor made a basted fitting and then removed it because the alteration proposed did not make the dress fit me well! Hence I immediately returned the dress with no visible sign! Of course it was a basted fitting! Equally, they had the chance to see and inspect the dress thereafter and they were initially happy to exchange (also because the dress was faulty)! They put a silk dress in a paper bag without protection! Thereafter, when I expressed the concern that the same dress not faulty was not available anymore and I would have wanted a dress transferred from another store they washed their hands, sent me to the other store and then reported I wore the dress! Excellent way to treat a customer.
