Dopo più di un' ora di ritardo e nessuna risposta al numero fisso, chiamo la kebbaberia e mi dicono che loro hanno ricevuto l'ordinazione solo da 10 minuti , quindi alle 22:15. In più questi soldi non vengono visualizzati né in ricevuta, né sul sito né da nessun'altra parte. Quando finirà questa pratica scorretta la mia valutazione cambierà. Per la seconda volta, ordinando delle pizze, la consegna è avvenuta con notevole ritardo, per non parlare della temperatura dei prodotti, senza che il gestore stesso si sia fatto carico del disservizio.e del problema riscontrato. Ho sempre pensato di premiare e scegliere un’operatrice della mia città ma spesso, con rammarico mi si consiglia di rivolgermi ad altri corrieri e gestori di servizi.
