M	Maria Ines Lago on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cena del 15 agosto. Arrivati per caso, locale curato e spazioso, ci ha accolto e coccolati, Savatore, il titolare, che ci ha messo subito a nostro agio. Ci ha consigliato nei cibi e nei vini. Pasta ripiena al pesce e frittura mista ....eccezionale. Qualità e prezzo impeccabile. Salvatore personaggio eclettico e uomo di mondo, passionale nel lavoro, sa valorizzare i prodotti della sua terra. Finale con degustazione di amari e grappe... ottimi. Prima del rientro in Veneto, dovevamo ritornarci, ma lunedi un piccolo incidente di mare a Marina (meduse). Ci ha fatto rientrare in anticipo. Ringraziamo Salvatore per il trattamento riservato. Continua così, un saluto e buon lavoro. Giacomo e Marina???? Dinner on August 15th. Allora, abbiamo aspettato 30 minuti SOLO per l'ordinazione, e metà della sala era vuota (circa40 posti) Iniziamo con le bibite: chidiamo acqua per due e due birre da 33 cl. Arrivano una birra da 40 cl, una da 66 cl (rimandata indietro), e due bottiglie da 1,5 L a persona accompagnate da bicchieri sporchi da acqua di lavastoviglie. okay penserai, da ora tutto a posto, ma passano altri 40 minuti, senza assaggiare un pezzo di pane, alchè torna a richiedere i gusti delle PIZZE, perché forse hanno perso l'ordinazione. Dopo un'ulteriore attesa, arrivano le pietanze, anziché pizza, arrivano due pinze, una mandata indietro perché troppo oleosa e bruciata ma soprattutto non ordinata, l'altra tenuta per via della fame, ciliegina sulla torta: chiedo come mai sulla mia pizza san daniele c'è il prosciutto NAZIONALE e la risposta che ricevo è la seguente: "la pizza san daniele si chiama così, ma sopra ci puoi mettere parma, nazionale o quello che ti capita.." Non sto a raccontarvi tutte le altre Gaffe del personale, e chiudo dicendovi che la cosa più immediata ad arrivare è stato il conto. La pizza non si fa attendere tantissimo, e mangiandola si riesce ad apprezzare la perfetta consistenza e friabilità, frutto di una lievitazione di ben sessanta ore, gli ingredienti sembrano di ottima qualità, la mozzarella fiordilatte che trasuda latte ad ogni morso, i funghi e la salsiccia ottimamente cucinati. Il conto non è dei più bassi, sicuramente più caro della media locale, ma in parte giustificato dalla ottima qualità del cibo. È diventato il mio ristorante preferito, già non vedo l'ora di tornarci. Il proprietario, il signor Salvatore, è veramente gentilissimo. In questo ristorante non c'è solo il cuore delle persone che ci lavorano, ma tutta l'anima e si vede!!! Ho preso un antipasto di formaggi, i salumi erano uno più buono dell'altro; le patate con la buccia, buonissime, superlative! La carne eccezionale a dir poco. Cottura perfetta e servizio impeccabile. Bellissima anche la saletta per ricevimenti!!! E ottima qualità dei vini.
