L	Loris Reale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nervi non è solo una bellissima passeggiata sul mare ma anche un luogo dove la cucina ligure si esprime al suo meglio, e questa "Trattoria Paradiso" è una certezza: la certezza di assaggiare le pietanze più buone preparate con maestria e la certezza di una accoglienza cordiale e di un servizio veloce ma rispettoso dei tempi. La conduzione oggi era gestita da due sole persone, un giovane chef che fa miracoli e letteralmente moltiplica "pane e pesci" in una cucina a vista che sembra magica ma senza trucchi e una giovane "Maître de salle" che si prodiga per la gestione di tutto quello che avviene fuori dalla cucina: un esempio di efficienza imprenditoriale e di amore per il proprio lavoro. Complimenti ! Nervi is not only a beautiful promenade by the sea but also a place where Ligurian cuisine expresses itself at its best, and this "Trattoria Paradiso" is a certainty: the certainty of tasting the best dishes prepared with skill and the certainty of a welcome friendly and fast but timely service. Today the management was run by just two people, a young chef who works miracles and literally multiplies "bread and fish" in an open kitchen that seems magical but without tricks and a young "Maître de salle" who works hard to manage everything that happens outside the kitchen: an example of entrepreneurial efficiency and love for one's work. Congratulations !

Durante la settimana c è un menù fisso a 12 euro che comprende primo, secondo con contorno, acqua e coperto. Oppure diversi menù fisso completi a prezzi diversi da 18 a 35 euro,con nomi di marinai. Oppure il menù alla carta. Il caffè costa 1 euro. Il menù del giorno con scelta tra terra e mare, era veramente buono, noi abbiamo preso quello di mare, ottimo e abbondante. Meno abbondanti le portate del menù alla carta. Consigliato, potete parcheggiare gratuitamente in Corso Europa e poi scendere per via Santorre di Santarosa e girando a destra trovate la Trattoria, dopo pranzo vi consiglio un bel giro alla Passeggiata Anita Garibaldi e ai parchi. Trattoria on the street with a small square in front of the sea. Inside, the restaurant is very nice, the staff are young and kind. During the week there is a fixed menu for 12 euros which includes first course, second course with side dish, water and cover charge. Or several complete set menus at different prices from 18 to 35 euros, with names of sailors. Or the à la carte menu. Coffee costs 1 euro. The menu of the day with a choice between land and sea was really good, we took the sea one, excellent and plentiful. The courses on the à la carte menu are less abundant. Recommended, you can park for free in Corso Europa and then go down via Santorre di Santarosa and turning right you will find the Trattoria, after lunch I recommend a nice ride to the Anita Garibaldi promenade and the parks.

Staff was friendly although we do not speak italian language and staff also do not speak english. We translated the italian language menu to english. Food was good along with white wine and a sweetdish. 2 people can eat for approximately 40 to 50 euros including 2 main dishes, half litre wine and 1 sweet dish. All tables were also clean and no disturbance from hotel staff if takimg time to decide menu. Washroom was also clean and free wifi.
