A	Alessandro Tafuri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato al fit express da cliente da ormai 4 anni tenendo conto della flessibilità e professionalità dello staff precedente, andando qualche giorno fa per la nuova riapertura mi ritrovo in un ambiente tutt’altro che accogliente con un nuovo staff che non ha saputo soddisfare le esigenze mie e dei miei 7 amici, anche loro clienti da 2/3 anni oramai, ci è dispiaciuto molto ma comunque sia costretti a rifiutare il rinnovo per quest’anno causa piani di abbonamento non adatti alle nostre esigenze, nella quale la concorrenza fit active è stata più onesta a rispettare, Sconsiglio I went to the fit express as a customer for the past 4 years taking into account the flexibility and professionalism of the previous staff, going a few days ago for the new reopening I find myself in an environment that is anything but welcoming with a new staff that has not been able to satisfy the needs of me and of my 7 friends, also their customers for 2/3 years now, we were very sorry but in any case they are forced to refuse the renewal for this year due to subscription plans not suitable for our needs, in which the competition fit active was more honest to respect, I do not recommend

Piuttosto che dar la possibilità di recuperare i mesi perduti, ben sei nel mio caso, causa Covid, li utilizzano, quale riscatto, per accaparrarsi la pecunia dei nuovi abbonamenti, per di più lievitati! Una strategia di marketing da perfetti ciarlatani. Dopo 4 lunghi anni, il mio percorso termina qui! No comments!! Extremely shameful !! Rather than giving the possibility to recover the lost months, six in my case, due to Covid, use them, as a ransom, to grab the money of the new subscriptions, moreover leavened! M	Marcello Luppino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero un vecchio cliente. Hanno aumentato il costo dell'abbonamento. Hanno effettivamente cambiato qualcosa. Mi sono fidato e ho rinnovato. Da un mese ancora l'aria condizionata non va. Saranno chiusi dal 14 al 22 agosto 2021 causando un disagio ai clienti e bellamente se ne fregano facendoti scalare le 30 uscite presso altri centri fitexpress (quello di Monza nello specifico, che ha lo stesso staff e manager di Varedo) senza darti tutto quello per il quale hai pagato a Varedo. Il messaggio è chiaro. Una volta che paghi se ne fregano. Pessima comunicazione e customer care in quanto non ti informano neanche di cosa cambi tra una sede e l'altra. Forse completerò l'anno e mai più. I was an old customer. They have increased the cost of the subscription. They actually changed something. I trusted and renewed. The air conditioning hasn't worked for a month. The message is clear. Once you pay they don't care. Bad communication and customer care as they do not even inform you of what changes between one location and another. Dopo tutto il periodo Covid in cui ho perso in totale 5 mesi del mio abbonamento, mi sono recato alla reception per iscrivermi nuovamente sperando di poter recuperare i mesi persi. Con mio grade stupore, mi dicono (facendo un calcolo dei mesi persi che non aveva nessun senso logico) che al massimo possono ridarmi 3 mesi, ma solo rinnovando per un altro anno il mio abbonamento. Le faccio gentilmente notare che il suo calcolo era completamente senza senso (dopotutto, basta contare i mesi di chiusura della palestra...non ci vuole mica una laurea magistrale in matematica) ma è stata irremovibile. Peccato, ero andato lì con l'intenzione di iscrivermi nonostante dovessi rinnovare l'intero abbonamento e sono uscito deluso e scontento. Per fortuna ho trovato una palestra decisamente migliore dopo solo 1 ora...la quale mi ha addirittura offerto il recupero di tutti i mesi persi (nonostante non fosse un loro compito). Idem la mia ragazza...quindi 2 clienti persi nel giro di 10 minuti. sconsigliata !!! Shameful !! Too bad, I went there with the intention of signing up despite having to renew the entire subscription and I left disappointed and unhappy. Luckily I found a much better gym after only 1 hour ... which even offered me the recovery of all the lost months (although it was not their job). Ditto my girlfriend ... so 2 customers lost within 10 minutes. not recommended !!!

La consiglio a tutti. I have been registered since September 2014, a beautiful gym in a panoramic position ... very nice owners and qualified, kind staff. I recommend it to everyone.

Non sempre sì trova parcheggio! Multifunctional gym .. Weight room well maintained and room assistance if necessary ..! Great price for the services offered ..! Small flaw .. Parking is not always possible!
