Un saluto ad Alex, Andrea e Davidone per la loro costante disponibilità ?? I wouldn't call it a low-cost gym, it has all the tools you need to train, it also has a training room for free body, polite staff and clean rooms, always working showers and hot water always ready! Situata al primo piano dello stabile, offre gran luce naturale grazie alle ampie vetrate sui 2 lati. Personale di sala gentile, personal trainer competenti. Low cost gym. Large, well-stocked weight room, new tools and all Technogim. Changing rooms and showers, as is the gym. Located on the first floor of the building, it offers great natural light thanks to the large windows on the 2 sides. Friendly dining staff, competent personal trainers.

Di Low coast c'è solo il prezzo, per il resto è tutto di ottimo livello dai macchinari per allenarsi, agli spogliatoi puliti comodi e docce sempre calde. Il personale é sempre costantemente presente e pronto ad aiutarti. Da settembre 2016 hanno aggiunto la sala corsi, bella grande e accogliente....Un particolare grazie a tutto lo staff per la disponibiltà e simpatia in particolare ad Andrea e Ettore. Call it a low coast gym? ABSOLUTELY NOT..... In the Low coast there is only the price, for the rest it is all of excellent quality from the machines to train, to the clean comfortable changing rooms and always hot showers. The staff is always constantly present and ready to help you. From September 2016 they added the training room, beautiful, large and welcoming .... A special thanks to all the staff for the availability and sympathy in particular to Andrea and Ettore.

Personale sempre disponibile e accogliente, sempre piuttosto giovane. L'iscrizione permette di poter accedere anche a tutte le altre palestre del gruppo FitUP, elemento decisamente comodo. L'unica pecca è un ambiente forse un po' piccolo, che comporta qualche tempo morto di attesa nei momenti di maggior afflusso di gente. Ma poiché è aperta 24 ore su 24 questo problema è facilmente eliminabile scegliendo di andare a orari meno affollati. Excellent gym, equipped with top of the range equipment, always clean changing rooms as well as showers. Staff always helpful and welcoming, always quite young. Registration also allows you to access all the other gyms of the FitUP group, a very convenient element. The only flaw is perhaps a somewhat small environment, which involves some dead time waiting in the moments of greatest influx of people. But since it is open 24 hours a day, this problem is easily eliminated by choosing to go at less crowded hours.

L'istruttore di sala Cristian è preparato e disponibile, anche la ragazza in reception, gli altri ragazzi invece vanno molto in base all'umore della giornata, manca una vera regola. Va bene low cost mah.. Extremely small gym, poorly maintained bathrooms, and late-night showers become cold. The Cristian hall instructor is prepared and available, even the girl at the reception, the other boys instead go a lot according to the mood of the day, there is no real rule. Okay low cost mah ..
M	MaryMare79 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pestra favolosa sotto molti punti di vista: personale presente e cortese, molto professionale. Attrezzi sempre manotenuti, puliti come puliti sono gli ambienti. Ho frequentato diverse palestre in passato, ma questa è in assoluto la migliore. Pestra fabulous from many points of view: present and courteous staff, very professional. Tools always maintained, as clean as the environments are. I have gone to several gyms in the past, but this is the best ever.
v	vito siciliano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La palestra in sé e buona, gli attrezzi sono quasi nuovi e qualche macchinario manca ma ottima come qualità-prezzo. Buona la pulizia della sala e degli spogliatoi, buon ambiente anche per fare amicizie. Non ci sono tanti corsi, ma quei pochi sono fatti in maniera eccellente. Come istruttori dei corsi, ottimi quelli di Antonio e Ettore. Scarsa la presenza di istruttori in sala ma grande competenza e disponibilità soprattutto da Christian. Nell' insieme è una palestra in cui mi sono trovato bene. The gym itself is good, the equipment is almost new and some machines are missing but excellent in terms of price-quality. Good cleaning of the room and changing rooms, good environment also for making friends. There aren't many courses, but those few are done excellently. As instructors of the courses, excellent those of Antonio and Ettore. Little presence of instructors in the room but great competence and availability above all from Christian. All in all it is a gym in which I felt comfortable.
