Consiglio a tutti di provare questa piacevolissima esperienza. I have been attending this gym for a year now and I must say that I am very well. It seems to be part of a very nice family. Very well trained, caring and nice instructors. I do 3 training sessions a week which include EMS, Vacuum and functional. I recommend everyone to try this pleasant experience.

Siamo persone mediamente poco attive e dopo questi 20 min di attività stimolata sembrava fossimo stati ore e ore in palestra. Percepiamo leggeri dolori a muscoli che non avremmo mai pensato di aver utilizzato. A nostro avviso quanto riportato nel volantino è pienamente in linea con quanto provato! We are people on average not very active and after these 20 minutes of stimulated activity we seemed to have been hours and hours in the gym. We feel slight pains in muscles that we never thought we had used. In our opinion, the information in the flyer is fully in line with what we have tried!
