Sito che vende gli abbonamenti senza alcuna documentazione precontrattuale, senza nemmeno erogare quanto ormai obbligatorio da anni sul trattamento della privacy dei dati. Palestre in franchising allo sbando, con personale che si mostra disponibile solo in fase di vendita abbonamento e che, con la scusa del low-cost, non si prende nemmeno la minima responsabilità nei confronti dei clienti che comunque devono sborsare 300 euro annui per usufruire di servizi che da un momento all'altro spariscono senza il minimo preavviso.
Sono appena all'inizio, in una palestra aperta a fine 2017 e già avrei un sacco da raccontare!!

Site that sells subscriptions without any pre-contractual documentation, without even providing what has been mandatory for years on the treatment of data privacy. Gyms in franchising in disarray, with staff who appear available only during the subscription sales phase and who, with the excuse of low-cost, do not even take the slightest responsibility towards customers who still have to pay 300 euros per year to take advantage of services that at any moment disappear without the least notice.
I'm just starting out, in a gym open at the end of 2017 and I already have a lot to tell !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tra il primo ed il secondo lockdown ho acquistato presso la palestra di Viale Andrea Doria a Milano un pacchetto con diversi ingressi che in gran parte non ho potuto utilizzare perché non ha purtroppo riaperto dopo il secondo lockdown. Peccato perché la palestra era valida ed il personale gentile. Volendo richiedere un rimborso anche forfettario per gli ingressi non utilizzati, ho telefonato diverse volte alla sede centrale, mi hanno detto di inviare e-mail e ne ho inviate diverse, ma a cui NON ho MAI ricevuto risposta, positiva o negativa che sia. La palestra in questione aveva un numero WhatsApp a cui non rispondono più e la non-riapertura è avvenuta senza alcun avviso. Questi comportamenti sono inaccettabili, scorretti, ineducati, presuntuosi e denotano totale mancanza di rispetto nei confronti del cliente.
Between the first and the second lockdown I purchased a package with different entrances at the gym in Viale Andrea Doria in Milan that I was largely unable to use because unfortunately it did not reopen after the second lockdown. Too bad because the gym was good and the staff were nice. Wanting to request a flat-rate refund for unused entries, I phoned the headquarters several times, they told me to send e-mails and I sent several, but to which I NEVER received a response, whether it be positive or negative. The gym in question had a WhatsApp number to which they no longer respond and the non-reopening took place without any warning. These behaviors are unacceptable, incorrect, uneducated, presumptuous and denote a total lack of respect towards the customer.
