★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono allenata in vacanza in questa palestra piccola in metratura su 1 piano, che offre ovviamente per spazio ristretto, poche macchine isotoniche, valide per allenare ad ampio spettro i vari distretti muscolari.
Disponibile un bel rack di manubri e area panche, un multipower, pressa orizzontale e 45 basculante, leg e curl machine, torre lat, delt e chest press, croci con cavi, hyperextention inclinata, piccola area cardio e ultima area spalliere e abs.
Spogliatoi molto grandi e ben forniti di armadietti e docce aperte.
Pulizia ottima.

 I trained on vacation in this small 1-floor gym, which obviously offers for limited space, few strength machines, valid for training the various muscle groups on a broad spectrum.
Available a nice rack of dumbbells and bench area, a multipower, horizontal and 45 tilting press, leg and curl machine, lat tower, delt and chest press, crosses with cables, inclined hyperextention, small cardio area and last back and abs area.
Very large changing rooms well stocked with lockers and open showers.
Excellent cleaning.
