F	FRANK FALACE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fissato un appuntamento per un martedì all'una e mi hanno chiesto di recarmi in anticipo nel centro, ero sicura che fosse un piacere nei confronti dei clienti per farli entrare nelle salette in orario. Quando sono arrivata mi hanno chiesto di attendere sul divano nella hall, da quel momento sono passati venti minuti (senza ricevere un caffè o un bicchiere d'acqua per l'attesa fastidiosa) e quando ho chiesto se ci fosse ancora da aspettare la receptionist mi ha detto:"un po', perché?". Non ritengo necessario soffermarmi sulla maleducazione della risposta. Dopo aver deciso di andarmene, una delle estetiste ha avuto il coraggio di dirmi che avevo sbagliato appuntamento, ero in anticipo di un giorno. Quando ho risposto che l'appuntamento era per quello stesso martedì all'una, si è discolpata scioccamente dicendomi che non era stata lei a prendere l'appuntamento. Non metterò mai più piede in questo centro, poco ma sicuro. When I arrived they asked me to wait on the sofa in the hall, twenty minutes later (without receiving a coffee or a glass of water for the annoying wait) and when I asked if the receptionist was still waiting for me he said: "a little, why?" I do not think it necessary to dwell on the rudeness of the answer. After deciding to leave, one of the beauticians had the courage to tell me that I had the wrong appointment, I was a day early. When I replied that the appointment was for that same Tuesday at one o'clock, she foolishly exonerated herself saying that it was not she who had made the appointment. I will never set foot in this center again, little but sure.

Giuseppe e Sonia...bravissimi e molto gentili...mi sono sentita subito a mio agio. Consiglio questa palestra a chi ancora non la conosce. I have been registered in this gym for over 5 years .... I am very happy .... Today I came back after the summer break ... and I found two new instructors ... Giuseppe and Sonia ... very good and very kind ... I immediately felt at ease. I recommend this gym to those who don't know it yet.

In questo periodo di pandemia poi fanno di tutto per non farti smettere di volerti bene. Consiglio a tutti I have been attending this gym for a year (with ups and downs) and I feel I can say that there is a trained, polite and friendly staff, thanks to which I have had many good results. In this pandemic period, they do everything they can to not make you stop loving you. I recommend to everyone

Ho trovato in lui disponibilità,professionalità e soprattutto le giuste motivazioni. Tutto quello di cui avevo bisogno in questo momento per ritrovare la mia forma fisica. Consiglio vivamente questa palestra di gran lunga superiore a tante altre che ho frequentato. I recently started a personalized course with Enzo, the owner of the gym. I found in him availability, professionalism and above all the right motivations. Everything I needed right now to regain my physical shape. I highly recommend this gym far superior to many others I have attended.
