Há alguns anos fui diagnosticada com hérnia de disco e condenada a fazer cirurgia de coluna por mais de um médico. Foi aí que me indicaram a Denise. Quando cheguei para a primeira consulta com ela, eu tinha dificuldades com minha locomoção pela posição da minha hérnia, convivia com constantes formigamentos nos pés, por vezes quase sem senti-los, e tinha muitas dores na coluna. O trabalho foi árduo, no começo fazíamos duas sessões por semana, trabalhávamos exercícios para fortalecer a coluna e melhorar a postura de forma a amenizar os efeitos da hérnia. Com o tempo, as sessões foram dando mais e mais resultados, passamos a fazê-las uma vez por semana, e posteriormente a cada quinze dias para manutenção. O que tenho para dizer é que ela me salvou de fazer cirurgia (que nem garantia tinha de acordo com os médicos) e me devolveu qualidade de vida. Hoje eu mantenho meus exercícios de fortalecimento de coluna e já não sinto mais os efeitos da hérnia. Sinto que a Denise hoje está tão longe de nós, pois ela foi um anjo na minha vida e tenho uma enorme gratidão pelo empenho e dedicação que ela teve comigo, sem me deixar desanimar em momento algum. Ela sempre foi uma excelente profissional, além de uma grande pessoa! My experience with Denise couldn't have been better. A few years ago I was diagnosed with a herniated disc and ordered to undergo spinal surgery by more than one doctor. That's when they referred me to Denise. When I arrived for my first appointment with her, I had difficulties with my mobility due to the position of my hernia, I had constant tingling in my feet, sometimes almost without feeling them, and I had a lot of back pain. The work was hard, in the beginning we did two sessions a week, we worked exercises to strengthen the spine and improve posture in order to lessen the effects of the hernia. Over time, the sessions gave more and more results, we started to do them once a week, and then every fortnight for maintenance. What I have to say is that she saved me from having surgery (which I didn't even have a guarantee according to the doctors) and gave me back my quality of life. Today I maintain my spine strengthening exercises and I no longer feel the effects of the hernia. I feel that Denise is so far away from us today, as she was an angel in my life and I am enormously grateful for the commitment and dedication she had with me, without letting me get discouraged at any time. She was always an excellent professional, as well as a great person!

Nella nostra situazione non era possibile avere risultati in breve tempo, ma ci sono stati velocemente miglioramenti dal punto di vista della sedazione del dolore, dell'umore e piano piano anche nella deambulazione.
