L'agenzia fantastica, è stata disponibilissima anche fuori orario, puntuale, e spesso si prestava a chiedere se fosse tutto apposto o ci fossero problemi. Inoltre nonostante alcune gite ci fossero state cancellate a causa dell'emergenza covid, l'agenzia ha continuato a cercare finché non è riuscita a trovare delle gite fattibili e che ci potessero piacere.
