Un piccolo inconveniente durante il soggiorno subito risolto dal titolare Massimo e la proprietaria dell' appartamento. In fase di check out grandissima cordialità e professionalità. Trovo questa casa sul sito casavacanza.it per un soggiorno in puglia in cui avrei dovuto recarmi con la mia famiglia. A quel punto contatto il numero di telefono dell agenzia , chiedo informazioni sulle disponibilità delle date che SUL SITO RISULTAVANO DISPONIBILI. Mi rispondono che appunto non hanno disponibilità ma io cerco di fare presente che dovrebbero comunque aggiornare il sito cosi che le persone non li disturbino. Mi rispondono con un tono alto di voce e molto scortese senza neanche farmi finire di parlare alchè li mando a quel paese e gli chiudo la telefonata! Dopo di che nn so con quale faccia mi mandano un email con le disponibilità ed io ovviamente rispondo che dopo il trattamento ricevuto non sono più interessata e ovviamente avrei recensito la mia esperienza ! mi rispondono che io ho chiamato fuori dall orario lavorativo la mia domanda è perche hanno risposto? Concludo dicendo IL CLIENTE NON SI TRATTA BENE A SOLO SCOPO DI GUADAGNO MA IN OGNI CASO ! se avessero avuto disponibilità avrebbero avuto un tono cortese? Vengo in puglia da 5 anni mai avuto esperienza del genere . I strongly advise against this agency as they SIN OF PROFESSIONALISM AND HAVE BEEN VERY RUDE IN GIVING ME INFORMATION. I find this house on the casavacanza.it website for a stay in Puglia where I should have gone with my family. At that point I contact the telephone number of the agency, ask for information on the availability of the dates that WERE AVAILABLE ON THE SITE. They tell me that they have no availability but I try to point out that they should still update the site so that people do not disturb them. They answer me with a high tone of voice and very rude without even making me finish talking so I send them to that country and close the call! After that I don't know with which face they send me an email with the availability and I obviously reply that after the treatment received I am no longer interested and obviously I would have reviewed my experience! they tell me that I called out of business hours my question is why did they answer? I conclude by saying THE CUSTOMER IS NOT GOOD FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROFIT ONLY BUT IN ANY CASE! if they had been available would they have had a courteous tone? I have been coming to Puglia for 5 years never had such experience.
