M	Marco Pesce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquisto vacanza in formula all inclusive tutto ok conferma pagamento e loro inviano il voucher dopo 1 settimana. 4 giorni prima del inizio soggiorno inviano una mail comunicazioni che il trattamento da me acquistato veniva revocato e modificato in pensione completa con bevande ai pasti. Li chiamo e mi hanno imbrogliato dicendomi che la struttura x il periodo Covid non fa all inclusive .Allora chiamo la struttura e dico fate all inclusive ?cosa mi rispondono ? Certo si .Chiedo se risultasse la mia prenotazione è la signora mi dice che non risultava niente. Quindi richiamo a questi truffaldini e non fanno che tergiversare sul fatto dicendomi che avrebbero chiarito il tutto e mi avrebbero Richiamato. Dopo pochi minuti mi inviano un altro voucher in pensione completa. MIa moglie chiama la struttura x informarsi se risultava la prenotazione in pensione completata.State attenti ! Purchase holiday in all inclusive formula all ok confirms payment and they send the voucher after 1 week. 4 days before the start of the stay, they send an email notifying that the treatment I purchased was revoked and changed to full board with drinks at meals. I call them and they cheated me saying that the structure for the Covid period is not all inclusive. So I call the structure and say do all inclusive? Sure, yes. Per delle variazioni che pare fossero fattibilissime, ho ottenuto risposte dopo la partenza. Per quanto riguarda la formula Roulette Budoni, invece tutto perfetto e villaggio stupendo. Abbiamo anche telefonato per accertarci che tutto fosse veritiero e chiedere più e più info per poi prenotare. Prenotato e versato la somma indicataci con versamento diretto tramite carta di credito. Oggi riceviamo mail di annullamento prenotazioni per tariffa errata... Senza parole! Dov'è la serietà? 22/06/21 è trascorsa una settimana e il riaccredito dei miei soldi non è ancora avvenuto. alla mia mail dove indico Iban dove procedere non hanno nemmeno risposto! Mi sarebbe piaciuto vedere dettagliato nel prezzo l'ulteriore sconto del 5% applicato in questo periodo e non di vedere direttamente lo sconto totale definitivo applicato. Nella pagina di indicazione dei dati anagrafici di fatturazione viene indicato il formato della data di nascita in gg/mm/yyyy dove 'gg' indica il formato del giorno di nascita in italiano, 'yyyy' indica il formato dell'anno in inglese... bisognerebbe fare una scelta: gg/mm/aaaa oppure dd/mm/yyyy :-) They have made major updates to their website over the last few years and now the navigation for a booking is much smoother. Ho prenotato all'ultimo momento per diversi problemi, sono stato veramente fortunato a trovare una struttura con un rapporto qualità prezzo interessante. D	Daniel Cinca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono sconvolto di quello che ho letto nelle recensioni negative,io ho prenotato la quinta vacanza con loro è non ho mai riscontrato problemi,anzi mi sono trovato benissimo(perlo nel nome del intera famiglia,2 adulti e 2 bambini)ogni volta che ho chiamato per chiarimenti o modifiche sono stati gentilissimi e tempestivi,su evvai ho trovato le stesse identiche offerte di altri siti però a prezzi molto più bassi senza che mancase nulla dal pacchetto,sono convinto che anche la prossima vacanza la affiderò sempre a loro e dal mio punto di vista finora sono sicuramente il top I am shocked at what I have read in the negative reviews, I have booked the fifth holiday with them and I have never encountered any problems, in fact I had a great time (for it in the name of the whole family, 2 adults and 2 children) every time I called for clarification or changes they were very kind and timely, on evvai I found the exact same offers of other sites but at much lower prices without missing anything from the package, I am convinced that the next holiday will always be entrusted to them and from my point of view so far they are definitely the top

In più i letti dei bambini erano arrugginiti e pericolosi . A parte una telefonata iniziale , mi sono sentita completamente abbandonata, non li ho più sentiti. Preoccupati solo della loro immagine e non del benessere del cliente. Chiedo spiegazioni alla reception e mi viene giustamente detto che il preventivo nonché voucher riportante l'importo non è di loro competenza. Mando subito una mail a cui segue una telefonata molto cortese dove mi si chiede se ho pagato l'importo maggiorato e che avrebbero effettuato un controllo RISULTATO:non mi chiamano ....ma mi mandano una mail dove affermano di aver sbagliato e che era riferito ad una sola settimana,peccato riportasse il periodo di 14 giorni. Quindi si scusano offrendomi un buono per la prossima vacanza di 100 €. Ho mandato altre due mail con il voucher che dimostra l'errore da loro commesso con il mio dissenso.... RISULTATO:NESSUNA RISPOSTA Sicuramente non farò più uso di Evvai nonché del buono inviato!!!così come il mio invito ad amici all'utilizzo di EVVAI!! Cosa fatta anche spesso. E ad ogni telefonata per ottenere una risposta rimandano ad un fantomatico responsabile che non ti richiama Finalmente rimborsato This year I used EVVAI again for my holidays but on arrival in the village I find myself an error of 350 € more to pay.
