Non è a ingresso libero come la maggior parte delle palestre, qui si deve prenotare e questo sistema permette ai proprietari di avere al massimo 8 persone da seguire. E' un grande vantaggio perchè il cliente viene seguito in modo accurato, e le attrezzature sono sempre libere. In passato ho frequentato altre palestre a ingresso libero, e non sono mai stata minimamente seguita, giusto il primo giorno di scheda con spiegazioni affrettate degli esercizi da fare, poi credo si dimenticassero anche il mio nome. Per non parlare degli orari di punta con attrezzi sempre occupati. Invece qui si viene seguiti negli esercizi, e corretti se vengono effettuati nel modo sbagliato, questo è molto importante perchè fare un esercizio in modo sbagliato è dannoso oltre che inutile. Aggiungo che non serve avere tanti macchinari all'avanguardia quando se ci si allena in modo giusto, bastano un tappetino e pochi semplici attrezzi. Il prezzo? mi aspettavo prezzi molto piu' alti se rapportati alle altre palestre presenti nel territorio. Invece prezzo assolutamente conveniente. Small but very well organized gym with friendly and competent staff. It is not free entry as most of the gyms, here you have to book and this system allows owners to have at most 8 people to follow. It's a great advantage because the customer is followed accurately, and the equipment is always free. In the past I attended other gyms with free entry, and I have never been minimally followed, just the first day of the card with explanations of hasty exercises to do, then I think they also forgot my name. Not to mention peak times with always busy tools. Instead here you are followed in the exercises, and correct if they are done the wrong way, this is very important because doing an exercise in the wrong way is harmful as well as useless. I would add that there is no need to have many cutting-edge machinery when you train in the right way, just a mat and a few simple tools. The price? I expected much more 'high prices when compared to other gyms in the area. Instead, absolutely affordable price.
