C	Caterina Mastrangelo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessimo servizio, un normale pacco amazon, che dovrebbe essere consegnato a casa, è rimasto in filiale per oltre una settimana, nonostante i vari reclami, alla fine sono dovuta andare io a prendere il pacco, tra l'altro dicono di aver effettuato un tentativo di consegna, che non è mai avvenuto. GENI!!! bad service, a normal amazon package, which should be delivered at home, remained in the branch for over a week, despite various complaints, in the end I had to go and get the package, among other things they say they made an attempt delivery, which never happened. D	Davide Papagna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spedito pacco in contrassegno il 23/05 e a oggi 14/06 dicono che non hanno ricevuto il pagamento, chiamo TNT (spedizioniere affiliato) e mi conferma avvenuto pagamento il 31/05. Praticamente stanno trattenendo il mio denaro scaricando la colpa al spedizioniere. Dopo contatto telefonico con una persona molto sgarbata e menefreghista asserendo che sarei andato da un avvocato mi ha detto che avrei speso più per spesa legale che per importo contrassegno. Roba da matti!!! SCONSIGLIATISSIMO ATTENZIONE!!! Sent on delivery cash on 23/05 and today 14/06 say they have not received the payment, I call TNT (affiliated forwarding agent) and confirms the payment made on 31/05. They are basically holding my money by dumping the blame on the shipper. After telephone contact with a very rude and uncaring person claiming that I would go to a lawyer he told me that I would have spent more on legal expenses than on cash. Crazy stuff!!! VERY HIGHER ATTENTION !!!

Questa mattina si è recata mia madre con delega , spiegando che avrebbe voluto ritirare la raccomandata senza attendere i 5 giorni indicati sulla ricevuta ,lasciata da chi aveva fretta. La risposta è stata che potrò recarmi per il ritiro presso le poste italiane il 4 febbraio ( quindi non più 5 ma dopo 12 giorni ?) Yesterday morning, as soon as whoever had to leave the registered letter rang, he didn't even give me time to reply that she had already left. This morning my mother went by proxy, explaining that she would have liked to collect the registered letter without waiting for the 5 days indicated on the receipt, left by those who were in a hurry.
