Il personale è cortese e molto disponibile. Fa anche un ottima salsiccia. Vi consiglio di provare. Costi nella norma. E cosa utile e che la cassa non è gestita da chi vi serve la carne. Non servono molti dettagli per raccontare la bontà delle carni (prettamente murgiane) e di tutte le specialità di pollo, agnello, scottona, podolica, cinghiale, etc! Fornello sempre pronto a soddisfare i palati più esigenti. Consigliatissimo. Chapeau al sig. Tommaso e il suo preparatissimo staff. Top quality butcher shop. You don't need many details to tell the goodness of the meats (purely Murgian) and of all the specialties of chicken, lamb, scottona, podolica, wild boar, etc! Stove always ready to satisfy the most demanding palates. Highly recommended. Chapeau to Mr. Tommaso and his highly trained staff.
