★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stefanio è un vero professionista della carne. Ha sempre il consiglio giusto da darti per gustare al meglio la carne che vende (principalmente di sua produzione). Carne fresca di mucca o maiale, carni frollate 45 giorni (veramente buone), affettati sempre di sua produzione, come bresaola o prosciutti, e sfiziosità varie come involtini, braciole completano un esperienza davvero ottima per chi ama la carne. Vengono venduti anche piatti pronti anche se, attratto sempre dalla carne, devo ammettere di non averli mai assaggiati.
Stefanio is a true professional of meat. He always has the right advice to give you the best taste of the meat he sells (mainly from his own production). Fresh cow or pork, 45 days of cooked meat (really good), cold cuts of its production, such as bresaola or hams, and various delicacies such as rolls, chops complete a really good experience for those who love meat. Ready meals are also sold, though, always attracted by meat, I must admit I have never tasted them.

Ci sono anche secondi di carne già cotti. Vengono preparati artigianalmente ottimi salumi. Il proprietario è una fonte inesauribile di consigli e trucchi per preparare al meglio la carne.
Excellent meat from local farms and prepared with extreme care. You can choose several types of dishes ready to be cooked and delicious at the first glance. There are also seconds of meat already cooked. Excellent cold cuts are prepared by hand. The owner is an inexhaustible source of tips and tricks to better prepare meat.
