Prima di tutto personale scortese (precisando una donna) che si permette di rispondere a tono alla clientela che paga per avere un servizio perlomeno decente. Nonostante la sede mittente in questione sapesse il contenuto del pacco non si è affatto preoccupata quanto tempo il pacco rimanesse in giacenza presso una tabaccheria, che affermava tra l’altro di non avere quel pacco. Altro punto a sfavore, cosa che ritengo grave, è la mancanza di un secondo tentativo di consegna, cosa che la maggior parte delle compagnie di spedizione fa. Dopo che il mittente avesse precisato tutti dettagli (mail, telefono, indirizzo e quant’altro) non è stata ricevuta alcuna mail riguardante la spedizione e la sede giustificava il fatto che il sistema del computer non avesse registrato la mail e quindi il destinatario non potesse seguire il tracking o perlomeno ipotizzare quale sarebbe stata l’ipotetica data di consegna e in tal modo organizzarsi per la ricezione del pacco. Bene, dopo questo background al quanto spiacevole consiglierei vivamente al personale di imparare a rapportarsi con la clientela (e farselo dire da un ragazzo giovane non credo sia un bel complimento) in modo decisamente migliore. Per il resto sconsiglierei a chiunque di utilizzare suddetti servizi. Shipping service? I think we can call it a loss service! After the sender had specified all the details (e-mail, telephone, address and so on) no e-mail was received regarding the shipment and the headquarters justified the fact that the computer system had not registered the e-mail and therefore the recipient could not follow the tracking or at least hypothesize what would have been the hypothetical delivery date and in this way organize for the receipt of the package. Well, after this unpleasant background I would strongly recommend the staff to learn how to deal with customers (and have a young guy tell you I don't think it's a nice compliment) much better. For the rest, I would not recommend anyone to use these services.

Con questa azienda è stata la PRIMA volta e sarà l'ultima!!! Ho fatto spedizione di vasetti di vetro contenenti alimenti sottovuoto + materiale medico sanitario +ciliege in cassettino di polistirolo. L'imballaggio adottato dall'azienda è stato INEFFICACE E POCO ADEGUATO al tipo di materiale che si stava mettendo in spedizione. Infatti i vasetti di vetro nel trasporto si sono quasi tutti rotti(come mostrano le foto che allego)e il contenuto ha DANNEGGIATO IRRIMEDIABILMENTE IL MATERIALE MEDICO-SANITARIO con un danno nonsolo economico... ma il disagio di chi aspettava quel MATERIALE per motivi di salute!! Non aggiungo altro.. Da evitare!! Negative Experience .. Bad Service .. Unprofessional and Rude Staff !! I state that I send often .. Never had these problems! With this company it was the FIRST time and it will be the last !!! I shipped glass jars containing vacuum packed food + medical sanitary material + cherries in a polystyrene drawer. The packaging adopted by the company was INEFFECTIVE AND LITTLE ADEQUATE to the type of material that was being shipped. In fact, the glass jars in the transport are almost all broken (as shown in the photos that I attach) and the contents have IRRIMEDIABLE DAMAGED THE MEDICAL-SANITARY MATERIAL with damage that is not only economic ... but the inconvenience of those who expected that MATERIAL for reasons of health!! A me era stato detto che vi era un ritardo nelle consegne di una o due giorni. Come me quel giorno molto altri. Una stella solo per la cattiva fede e la furbizia del gesto. Quando ho chiesto spiegazioni hanno solo cavillato. Uno due giorni non è la stessa cosa di una settimana I have been using this courier for years and have never had problems. Per questo motivo non spedirò più tramite loro. Spedito stesso pacco in posta, pagata la spedizione 8 euro. The cost of shipping is double what you pay at the post office. Grazie a lui il pacco è arrivato a destinazione ma se non fosse stato per la professionalità del signor Fiume adesso starei ancora ad aspettare. Mi affiderò sempre a MailBoxes Conversano perché la loro competenza, organizzazione e serietà fanno davvero la differenza. Mentre aspettavo il pacco il signor Fiume mi aggiornava sempre e ha sempre risposto alle mie email con cordialità.
