Gentle people available but very serious. Slow trend, from sloth, at the same time in other post offices would satisfy four times as many users ....

β β β β β Δ un ufficio postale con alti e bassi. Al momento il personale e il sui direttore meriterebbero una stella in piΓΉ ma ho fatto la media degli ultimi anni.
It's a post office with ups and downs. At the moment the staff and their manager deserve an extra star but I have averaged the last few years.

β β β β β Vicino l'orario di chiusura ho provato a ritirare un ordine da Amazon ma mi Γ¨ stato detto che non potessi fare nulla per l'orario, per lavoro non ho l'opportunitΓ di riprovare ad altri orari. Inoltre l'ultima volta che ho tentato un altro ritiro per un altro ordine, i pacchi erano tutti danneggiati.
La maggior parte degli operatori si sono sempre mostrati gentili e disponibili nonostante i vari problemi, tuttavia il trattamento che mi Γ¨ stato riservato oggi Γ¨ stato pessimo.
2 stelle.
Edit: Fortunatamente la situazione Γ¨ cambiata, in meglio, vi Γ¨ piΓΉ elasticitΓ e il personale Γ¨ disponibile.
Near closing time I tried to pick up an order from Amazon but I was told that I couldn't do anything for the time, for work I don't have the opportunity to try again at other times. Furthermore, the last time I tried another withdrawal for another order, the packages were all damaged.
Most of the operators have always been kind and helpful despite the various problems, however the treatment I was given today was very bad.
2 stars.
Edit: Fortunately the situation has changed, for the better, there is more elasticity and the staff is available.

β β β β β Mai visto un grado dβinefficienza tale. Offrite servizi come quello di spedizione ? ? pacchi che si perdono nel nulla. Vi farΓ² causa. PerchΓ© non vi degnate nemmeno di dare delle spiegazioni chiare su che fine abbiano fatto i pacchi. Γ tutto uno scarica barile. La gente deve lavorare non ha tempo da perdere stando dietro vuoi. Se non siate in grado di offrire un servizio del genere, ditelo subito invece di intascarvi soldi.
I have never seen such a degree of inefficiency. Do you offer services such as shipping ? ? parcels that are lost in nothing. I will sue you. Why don't you even deign to give clear explanations about what happened to the packages. It's all a barrel discharge. People have to work, they have no time to waste by staying behind you want. If you are unable to offer such a service, say it now instead of pocketing money.
