Excellent Easter Monday in a bucolic setting just a step away from the city. Very cordial managers, good drinks and exquisite dough of the pinsa.

Atmosfera allegra e spensierata. A place full of taste and professionalism in a green corner of Florence where you can have a chat in front of a glass of good wine and a delicious pinsa. Cheerful and carefree atmosphere.

Cibo buono e vario, e il posto è molto carino. Mi hanno chiesto di recensire (e ricollegati alla prima frase) e l'ho fatto ma sono un recensore sincero. Addendum: fanno musica dal vivo, molto carino! Ma chiude alle 24 They gave us some fries; staff at times polite but a little careless (I ordered a Glen Grant but they have me a Jim Beam), and there is no table service but it is cheap. Good and varied food, and the place is very nice. They asked me to review (and link back to the first sentence) and I did but I'm a sincere reviewer. Addendum: they do live music, very nice! But it closes at 24

Accanto al locale c'è anche il palco, ci hanno detto che alcune sere c'è anche la musica dal vivo. Siamo rimaste piacevolmente colpite, diventeremo sicuramente clienti abituali! The place is beautiful, it is located inside a park, perfect for spending an evening outdoors enjoying an excellent pinsa or a cocktail. Next to the club there is also the stage, we were told that some evenings there is also live music. We were pleasantly surprised, we will certainly become regular customers!
A	Agrippina Bykow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fico si trova in una zona di Firenze che non conosco molto e ci sono andata per curiosità: mi sembrava molto bellino... e infatti è così! Luogo adatto da 0 a 99+ frequentato soprattutto da genitori sotto gli "anta" con bimbi piccoli. Ci sono mangiarini per tutti i gusti a prezzi nella media. Abbiamo preso il panino coi moscardini e il tagliere vegano (verdure grigliate abbondanti e schiacciatina). Buoni (se non deliziosi) ma mancava un pochino di sale su tutto (soprattutto sulla schiacciata!). Visto il prezzo magari il tagliere vegano andrebbe implementato con qualcosina di più sfizioso a discapito di qualche peperone :) un luogo di incontro perfetto, consigliato per un apericena rilassato!

But after seeing your low star reviews and YOUR response to them I feel worry. I feel worry that you are not listening to your customers feedback. What you should learn is 1. To be more organized 2. Be prepared 3. Divide drinks and food lines 4. Have communication with your customers from the start 5. Be cordial as your response to these reviews is very rude, gives me the impression you are failing at customer service. Anyways, I will give you a chance next month and will change my star review accordingly. I just hope you grow as a business owner since customer service, organization and quality is what will make you survive. I wish you the best. See you in a few weeks!
